Dieses 500 jahre alte Haus im historischen Zentrum von Hallstatt wurde mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail renoviert, hier ist die Geschichte Hallstatts überall spürbar. Der Hallstättersee ist nur 30m entfernt und von den Räumlichkeiten und vom Garten hat man einen wunderbaren Seeblick. Auf der Terrasse kann man bei Kaffee die Morgensonne genießen. Das Haus hat 3 Schlafzimmer, eine Küche, ein großes Wohnzimmer, ein Bad mit Dusche, Badewanne und WC und ein extra WC. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet.

Plenty of walking tours and even summit option (Gumpeneck 2226m) starting at the house. Only 18 min drive to the interlinked 4 mountains slopes (123km) Dachstein. Child friendly, lawn. Parking outside. Open air swimming pool, bakery, supermarket, kiosk and train station within walking distance.

The Apt. is situated in the Schladming Dachstein Region which has the most enjoyable Skiing and hiking! Enjoy your pure privacy in front of the wood burning stove. apartment is annexed to a small Castle! Very quiet area Beautiful walks and hikes right outside the front door. Rental car recommended even though trains to Salzburg / Vienna are just a short walk away. We even have a sports airfield close by where you can rent a small plane or book a scenic flight or any another destination.

With fantastic views of the surrounding mountains and quietly located, Konradgut 11 is an ideal starting point for extended hikes into the surrounding forests. The newly built and fully furnished apartment in 2020 offers relaxation, tranquility and modern amenities! The infrared cabin provides the necessary wellness factor. See for yourself!

The cozily furnished 2-person apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a multi-story house including an elevator. Magnificent views of the high valley and the Grimming. The living-bedroom is equipped with a dining area, pull-out sofa bed (sleeping area 160 × 200) and a chest of drawers with flat-screen TV (SAT). Free Wi-Fi is available in the cozy lobby at all times. The anteroom is furnished with a large wall cabinet that offers plenty of storage space.

Ferienhütte Grimming

Our cottage is only a little away from the nearest traffic routes (road, train) and yet in the middle of nature at the foot of the mighty Grimming. It is only about 30 km to Schladming or Ausseerland. There are countless opportunities for sports enthusiasts, nature lovers or just those who want to unwind! Looking forward to seeing you soon!
