A self-catering kitchen and a separate bathroom are located in the annex, for your own use (not in the family's house). Munich Airport and city center are both reachable in approximately 20-25 minutes. Highlights include: 300 Mbps fiber optic internet, 2 balconies, and a hammock. Since 01/26, we have a private parking space directly in front of the building.

My apartment is located in Karlsfeld in the north of Munich. It is very nice and is equipped with Internet Wi-Fi. It is absolutely quiet, in very good surroundings, on the 2nd floor, without an elevator. Supermarket, pharmacy, bakery, butcher, restaurants, cafes, beer garden, pizzeria, McDonald's, tennis court, swimming lake within walking distance. Good parking options. Bus: 100 m (10 min ride to the S-Bahn) S-Bahn train: in 20 minutes in the center of Munich.

The flat is located on the ground floor of a larger house. It is a independent flat with a separate entrance at the side of the building. There are five free parking spaces directly in front of the accommodation which can be used at any time without restriction. There is also free parking on the street in the immediate vicinity.
