The accessible apartment is located in the ground floor of a solid wood house with two accommodation units in total. The house is placed in a sunny, quiet location at 1050m in height and has a beautiful view to the Dachstein massif. The ski areas Filzmoos (6 km), Flachau/Wagrain (16km) and Flachauwinkel/Zauchensee (22km) are easy to reach. At Altenmarkt you can relax in the Therme „Amadee“ in summer as well as in winter. Off the ski saison the region is a beautiful hiking area.

We planned and built the apartment ourselves in a unique way. It is centrally located and yet in a quiet location. A ski bus stop is a few meters behind our house. The city center is a 5-minute walk away. We are in the center of countless well-known ski resorts (Reiteralm, Obertauern, Ski Amade, Zauchensee,....) but even in summer there is a lot to offer!

Our apartment is characterized by a perfect location for skiing and hiking experiences. The apartment is located right next to the ski slope on the Planai (middle station)! The rooms are impressive with their modern wood finishes! The view from the living room directly to the Dachstein, with a glass of wine in hand, will remain in your memory forever.

Approx. 60sqm apartment for 2-5 people. 2 bedrooms each with a box spring bed. A sofa bed is in one of the rooms. Large fully equipped eat-in kitchen with refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle and toaster. Bathroom with large shower and double sink, extra toilet. The balcony is accessible from every room.
