The apartment is in mint condition, has rural modern furnishings and is very well equipped. Frasdorf lies at the foot of the Chiemgau mountains, nestled in the gentle hills of the Alpine foothills. Just 8 kilometers from Lake Chiemsee and Lake Simssee. Centrally located between Munich and Salzburg and away from the hustle and bustle and in every season.

Willkommen im sagenhaft-schönen weltbekannten Chiemgau,  Nahe am Chiemsee an den Alpen- bei Reit im Winkel und Österreichs Skigebieten, zwischen den Bergen Hochplatte und Hochgern,  wo die " Tiroler Achen" in Richtung Chiemsee fließt, liegt der schöne Luftkurort Marquartstein, genau hier sind wir als Gastgeberfamilie zuhause. Unsere liebevoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung bietet 5 - 6 Gäste ausreichend Platz (ca.90 qm ) um auch mal die Seele baumeln lassen zu können. Viele Grüße Familie Huber

Dreamlike mountain world - sport & fun for the body, relaxation & inspiration for mind and soul. The activechalets six.nine.eight is located at an altitude of 698 metres at the entrance to Reit im Winkl in front of the Kaiser Mountains, combining the freedom of flats with the possibility of activity and design in a new way. There is something for every active person in the modern fitness room. Afterwards, relax in the sauna and enjoy a round of digital board games on the Fun4Four display.

Our house, built in 1934, was completely renovated in 2024. Many original parts of the house, such as the solid wood doors, were restored and reused. With a lot of old wood and small loving details, a unique living ambience was created that is reminiscent of an alpine pasture in many areas. However, the usual comfort is not neglected. The ground floor is suitable for wheelchair users and people with walking difficulties. A fire bowl in the garden and a sauna hut are also available.

Wunderschöne moderne 62 Quadratmeter große Ferienwohnung im Herzen des malerischen Ortes Unterwössen. Modern ausgestattet mit Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Ofen, Mikrowelle und Herd. Eine kleine Terrasse, auf die sowohl die Morgen- als auch die Abendsonne scheint, mit Tisch und Stühlen, sowie Holzkohlengrill steht Ihnen auch zur Verfügung. Ein romantisches Himmelbett im Schlafzimmer und ein großes Schlafsofa (Schlaffläche 1,60x2m) im Wohnbereich sorgen für erholsamen Schlaf.

Overlooking the mountain, the holiday apartment "Ferienwohnung" in Ruhpolding impresses guests with its fantastic views. The 55 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 1 bedroom and 2 bathrooms as well as 2 additional toilets and can therefore accommodate 2 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, heating as well as a TV. An ironing board and an iron are available upon request. A high chair is also available.

Unterwössen - Stylish attic apartment with a dream view

Together with my brother Georg, I rent our spacious attic apartment in Chiemgau. It has an invitingly large living room with large panoramic glazing and stylish and high-quality furnishings. There are two cozy bedrooms with a sloping roof. With the window open, you can hear the stream flowing past the house. The large balcony with comfortable seating furniture offers a fantastic view of the Chiemgau Alps: a beautiful apartment - in summer and winter.

Step outside and immediately access cross-country ski trails, invigorating cycling paths, scenic hiking routes, and the convenient gondola lift to the stunning Winkelmoosalm.

Ein kleiner Eingang öffnet sich zu diesem modernen und neu eingerichteten Einzelzimmer. Das Zimmer erstreckt sich über 15 m² und verfügt über einen kleinen Balkon mit Blick auf eine malerische Bergkulisse. Der Bereich verfügt auch über einen Fernseher und einen Schreibtisch mit einem gemütlichen Sessel für Gäste, die einen entspannten Aufenthalt mit der Firma oder ein gutes Buch genießen oder ein wenig Arbeit erledigen möchten.
