Idyllically located at an altitude of 670 meters in a preferred, quiet and sunny forest edge location at the foot of the Wilder Kaiser in the middle of the Tyrolean Kaiserwinkl (Kitzbühel district), near the German border. With 66 m², the apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. A perfect retreat for nature lovers, active vacationers and those seeking relaxation.

Unterwössen - Stylish attic apartment with a dream view

Together with my brother Georg, I rent our spacious attic apartment in Chiemgau. It has an invitingly large living room with large panoramic glazing and stylish and high-quality furnishings. There are two cozy bedrooms with a sloping roof. With the window open, you can hear the stream flowing past the house. The large balcony with comfortable seating furniture offers a fantastic view of the Chiemgau Alps: a beautiful apartment - in summer and winter.

Beautiful modern 62 square meter apartment in the heart of the picturesque village of Unterwössen. Modernly equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave and stove. A small terrace, on which both the morning and evening sun shines, with table and chairs, as well as charcoal grill is also available. A romantic four-poster bed in the bedroom and a large sofa bed (sleeping area 1.60 x 2 m) in the living area ensure a good night's sleep.
