Our very bright, idyllic and quietly located apartment is on the first floor of our house and has direct access to your terrace area and the garden. The apartment is in mint condition, has rural modern furnishings and is very well equipped. Frasdorf lies at the foot of the Chiemgau mountains, nestled in the gentle hills of the Alpine foothills. Just 8 kilometers from Lake Chiemsee and Lake Simssee. Centrally located between Munich and Salzburg and away from the hustle and bustle and in every season.

Dreamlike mountain scenery: sport and fun for the body, rest and inspiration for mind and soul. The activechalets six.nine.eight is located at 698 m at the entrance to Reit im Winkl, overlooking the Kaiser Mountains. It combines apartment freedom with activity and design. The modern fitness room has something for every active guest. Afterwards, relax in the sauna or enjoy digital board games on the Fun4Four display. IMPORTANT: The spa area incl. natural pool is for guests aged 16 and over only.

Vacation home for 1-7 people, 3 bedrooms, 100 m²

Our house, built in 1934, was completely renovated in 2024. Many original parts of the house, such as the solid wood doors, were restored and reused. With a lot of old wood and small loving details, a unique living ambience was created that is reminiscent of an alpine pasture in many areas. However, the usual comfort is not neglected. The ground floor is suitable for wheelchair users and people with walking difficulties. A fire bowl in the garden and a sauna hut are also available.

Wunderschöne moderne 62 Quadratmeter große Ferienwohnung im Herzen des malerischen Ortes Unterwössen. Modern ausgestattet mit Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Ofen, Mikrowelle und Herd. Eine kleine Terrasse, auf die sowohl die Morgen- als auch die Abendsonne scheint, mit Tisch und Stühlen, sowie Holzkohlengrill steht Ihnen auch zur Verfügung. Ein romantisches Himmelbett im Schlafzimmer und ein großes Schlafsofa (Schlaffläche 1,60x2m) im Wohnbereich sorgen für erholsamen Schlaf.

Winter magic in 15 minutes at the Steinplatte, a ski room. In summer: jump into the lake directly on the property before breakfast and then off to the mountains – whether on foot or by bike. Welcome to your personal paradise!

Located in the beautiful village of Übersee, the spacious house offers approx. 200 m² of living space for up to 10 people – ideal for family vacations, groups of friends or small retreats. The pool is available from April/May to the end of September.

Together with my brother Georg, I rent our spacious attic apartment in Chiemgau. It has an invitingly large living room with large panoramic glazing and stylish and high-quality furnishings. There are two cozy bedrooms with a sloping roof. With the window open, you can hear the stream flowing past the house. The large balcony with comfortable seating furniture offers a fantastic view of the Chiemgau Alps: a beautiful apartment - in summer and winter.

Welcome to our beautiful apartment in Achental/Chiemgau. Here you will find the perfect mix of modern & clean design as well as Bavarian coziness. With a living area of 57 square meters, an inviting home for up to 3 people and enough space for your vacation awaits you. The apartment offers a bedroom with a comfortable king size bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m), a living room with a sofa bed, a bathroom with bathtub/shower and a fully equipped kitchen.

Tiny House Bergen Schwesterchen Willkommen in unserem, mit viel Liebe selbstgebauten, Tiny House. Wir hoffen, dass ihr euch genauso wohl fühlt, wie wir. Unter dem großen Dach befindet sich ein zweites Tiny House, "Brüderchen", welches auch über Airbnb buchbar ist. Beide Tinys haben eine eigene Terrasse, teilen sich jedoch ein Dach sowie einen gemeinsam nutzbaren Raum in der Mitte mit Waschmaschine und Trockner sowie den großen Garten.

Ein kleiner Eingang öffnet sich zu diesem modernen und neu eingerichteten Einzelzimmer. Das Zimmer erstreckt sich über 15 m² und verfügt über einen kleinen Balkon mit Blick auf eine malerische Bergkulisse. Der Bereich verfügt auch über einen Fernseher und einen Schreibtisch mit einem gemütlichen Sessel für Gäste, die einen entspannten Aufenthalt mit der Firma oder ein gutes Buch genießen oder ein wenig Arbeit erledigen möchten.

Genießen Sie eine Auszeit in einem stilvollen Tiny House auf dem Dorf, umgeben von naturbelassener Landschaft.
