We felt very comfortable! The apartment was the optimal size for the number of people and fully met our expectations. We won't forget the quiet location and beautiful view anytime soon.

We were very well received and the apartment allows you to relax comfortably. There is space in the living room, the bathroom is also spacious and the amenities present were sufficient for us. In addition, the neighborhood is very quiet and parking is very easy. Thank you again so much for the welcome.

We were guests in this beautiful apartment for the third time. We always feel right at home there. The apartment is very clean and well maintained and fully meets our taste. We also always enjoy the fantastic view of Lake Chiemsee and the mountains. Veronika is a wonderful host and communication with her was excellent. Would happily come again.

This AirBnB was amazing! Very clean, very spacious, easy walk to everything you’d need!! The hosts are so gracious, responsive, and kind! The only thing is that Loft 2 is directly located next to a Tapas Bar. It can get slightly noisy at night. However, it didn’t seem to bother our kids, and we were able to use some white noise off of our phone to help. Other than that 10/10 would recommend. I would book this again without hesitation!

Host is very friendly n helpful, property is absolutely nice, worth staying, just one thing to say, lake is not visible from home, it’s approximately 400m walk from home!!! Rest everything is well placed, had wonderful stay!!!

very nice apartment, very close to Augsburg, about 20 minutes ,in a rural setting. nothing is missing...and if it was the case , Hubert and his mom are there to help you... very helpful and pleasant person. i travel a lot for my work, especially in Germany, and I admit that I have rarely found a place of this quality at this price. i recommend it.

We stayed with 12 people and had the very best time! The apartment is very spacious, the large balcony with barbecue is perfect for cozy evenings in the middle of a great mountain backdrop. The location is an ideal base for beautiful hikes. The hostess was extremely nice, friendly and straightforward. She also likes to give tips for the area – we felt very comfortable. We also booked breakfast with the host's mother: served very friendly, rich and delicious. We will be happy to come back!

The apartment is very beautiful and artistic. The location is great, it’s not super downtown vibe but everything is not far. The supermarket and cafe are downstairs. The subway station is super close as well. The train station is only 8 mins away by subway.

We are so happy with our stay at the Livalpin Hideaway. The apartment looks exactly like the pictures and even better in person. The views from the balcony are so incredible and we loved sitting in the living room and relaxing after busy days of adventuring around. The apartment is just outside the pedestrian area and everything is very walkable, and the area is quiet and peaceful. There is a natural grocery story right next door and it was perfect for stocking up some essentials. Ibrahim and Sezai were both incredibly responsive and helpful. Ibrahim greeted us when we arrived at the apartment to show us how everything worked and went out of his way to help with any questions. The apartment is well stocked with the essentials and having a washer and dryer in the apartment was wonderful. We would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in the Garmisch area, and especially any families looking for a quiet and safe space with plenty of room.

Communication with Tina was great, she was very flexible with my arrival. She showed me everything and had also picked out some events. In case of problems, Tina immediately had a solution ready. The loft is large and well ventilated. It is a little darker than in the photos, as there is only one window front. But several artificial light sources make up for it. There is a small “terrace” with table and chairs right at the entrance, but since there is the street directly there, I recommend going to the beautiful, large garden. Quiet and relaxing hours can be spent here. There are plenty of seating and lying options and especially the many animals running around are really cute. There are two pigs, two horses, a goose, several ducks and chickens and two dogs. The Wi-Fi was fine in terms of quality, but in my view it is not enough for home office. I can recommend Lake Brombach & Waisin's Thai Massage.

Simon is a really friendly, responsive and proactive host. He personally meets us for check in, got us settled in and even came to help us with the bbq pit. Simon’s place was beautiful, peaceful and magical especially during the golden hour. The place was really airy and clutter-free. The kitchen appliances were easy to use. The bathroom was clean and big. The beds in the bedroom were really cozy and comfortable to sleep in. Thank you and we will surely book again the next time we are in town!

The apartment had a perfect location, everything in the area was perfectly accessible on foot. Of course, there was always a lot of activity on Ludwigsstraße, but the direct view of the Zugspitze was simply breathtaking. A clear recommendation!
