Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Upper Franconia

The hosts both Caroline and Alexander are very friendly and responsive. Communication was perfect and the check in was very easy. The pictures don’t do the place the justice. It’s so much more beautiful than on the pictures. It’s a wonderful place and very peaceful. The house itself is so well equipped. You can definitely tell that the owners spends a lot time and money to renovate it. The house was super clean. The sauna was a hit, also our children enjoyed it very much. We spend a lot of time playing in the garden and enjoyed a local bier garden. I recommend this house to anyone who values privacy and peaceful space, where you can easily relax surrounded by the forest and enjoy waking up in a exceptionally comfortable and beautifully decorated house. Will definitely come back.

Had a great stay at the house. We especially liked the beautiful terrace, the large kitchen (fully equipped) and the large living room with smart TV. The second bedroom has two "normal" sized single beds - but is designed more as a children's room. Not so suitable for two couples. There is also a single bed in the living room. Beautiful quiet location, 10 minutes from the market square in Wirsberg. Great communication with the hosts! Everything was perfect :) Next year again!

We had a great place to stay at cottage Toni! The house is modern, tastefully furnished and well equipped – nothing is missing. The location is ideal, with beautiful views of fields and forests. During the day we took walks, and in the evening we enjoyed the magnificent backdrop and sunset in the garden while grilling and eating. It couldn't be more perfect! We will be happy to come back :)

We spent 5 very nice days of family vacation with Martina and Josef. The toddler was busy: sliding, feeding rabbits, petting cats, driving a Bobbycar tractor. There were also books and toys, which we could use in view of the bad weather. A highlight: fresh strawberries and eggs from the farm. Plus the location: climbing rocks within a few minutes' walk and other activities within a short drive. Disadvantage: The really loud frogs directly in front of the house and the ringing of the bells at 6:00 (after a few days, however, we had already gotten used to it). The place was absolutely sufficient for 5 and a half people, everything was neat and in good shape. A dishwasher and microwave would have increased the comfort a bit, but of course you can also manage without them. We would gladly recommend the Bühnershof and would only wish for better weather for the next stay ;-)

Great place for families! We spent wonderful days in the apartment of Birgit and Kalle. We were greeted on a warm summer day with cool drinks - perfect. We especially liked the tranquility, the large terrace with a view of the greenery and the beautiful garden, which invited us to relax and play. As a child, you experience paradise on earth. Super many toys, books, games, balls, vehicles, etc. are available, plus vehicles for outside trampoline, table tennis, sandbox, etc. Otherwise, the apartment is super equipped - we lacked nothing. The insect screens on the windows are also great. Having arrived by electric car, we were pleased to be able to charge it via a socket directly at the carport. Bitgit and Kalle met us in a friendly and helpful manner. The location is ideal as a starting point for activities in the area and the region - you can walk directly from the house or reach various excursion destinations in just a few minutes by car.

We had a short but very nice stay in the apartment, nothing was missing! A very nice hostess in a pretty, quiet little place. The apartment is very cozy, the kitchen is above average, and for our little daughter there were many toys to discover. Thanks!!

We had a wonderful stay in this lovingly preserved old country house with an additional tiny house – perfect for our group of 7 people and a dog! The house is cozy and well equipped – it really had everything you need. The spacious natural garden with many cozy corners for relaxing or sitting together is particularly beautiful. The Tiny House was a real highlight – charming, quiet and with a lot of privacy. We immediately felt comfortable and can highly recommend this place – a small natural paradise far from everyday life! Anika and Felix are great hosts, everything worked out wonderfully. :-)

Was great, as described a bit outside of Bamberg, but well connected to the city on foot

Marc's apartment is nice and big and was very clean. We were greeted nicely, check-in is straightforward. We lacked nothing, the apartment was equipped with everything we needed. Beds are very comfortable. We had quite high outside temperatures, but the rooms remained pleasantly cool. A parking space is available a few steps from the house, as well as the forest, in which wonderful walks are possible, so our dogs were also happy. Bamberg and many attractions can be reached quickly by car. We enjoyed it very much, we will be happy to come back. :-)

Michael's apartment is very nice. The kitchen and bathroom have been beautifully renovated, but the charm of the old house has been retained. Michael answered my questions quickly and helpfully. We would definitely come back.

We had a nice time in Gasseldorf. Miriam and Christian were very kind hosts :) We felt very comfortable and were able to get to know part of Franconian Switzerland :)

We stayed 2 nights in Carmen's apartment and were absolutely satisfied. Carmen and her partner are both very nice and we felt comfortable right away. The apartment and the garden are beautiful. The apartment has everything you could need, and the forest directly behind the garden is an absolute highlight. Definitely recommended!

Great apartment - perfect for families! Everything was super clean and tidy. There are plenty of toys for children - there was something for both our baby and our 5-year-old. The amenities were exceptional: from shower gel to toothbrushes, cleaning products, dishwasher powder, plasters, spices, tea, to towels and bed linen - everything was thought of. Even if you forgot EVERYTHING at home, you could easily live here for a few days :) In addition, a nice large terrace and a warm welcome with sweets and drinks in the refrigerator. The hostess was very friendly and helpful. Clear recommendation!

Gisela's apartment was clean and as described. The apartment had everything we needed for a short stay. It was a short walk into town - albeit up a steep hill. Gisela herself was friendly and helpful. We had a great time!

We had a wonderful time, the apartment was cozy and we felt very comfortable. Our hosts were pleasant and we had interesting conversations. The area is great for hiking and it is pleasantly quiet. We will be happy to come back.

Uncomplicated handling before and during the stay

The apartment was very nice, everything quite new, modern bathroom and kitchen. Perfect for a stay for two.

An all-round oasis of well-being that leaves nothing to be desired. A great apartment with very helpful and warm hosts. We were able to park the bikes, enjoy the beautiful garden with a wide variety of places and enjoyed the personal contact with good conversations. Bamberg and the surrounding area offer many cultural highlights and great hiking and cycling tours. We highly recommend the accommodation and surroundings. We will be back!

We were 6 friends who spent a weekend in Bamberg. The living/dining room was the perfect size. 3 single bedrooms that were spacious and nicely decorated. Super recommended!

A very great environment, everything is within walking distance and nature just outside the door.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment is nice big, very well equipped, the beds are comfortable and our son had a lot of fun with the large balcony. You can walk to the supermarket, playground is around the corner and also short hikes are right outside the door. We will be happy to come back:)

Dietmar personally welcomed us and comprehensively instructed us in the apartment. The best place to sit is outside next to the stream. Hallstadt is a beautiful small town, Bamberg is easy to reach by public transport. Parking directly on the property is worth its weight in gold. If we come back to Bamberg, we will definitely stay here again.

The stay with Julia and Oliver was very relaxing. We have proactively received all the information. Communication was very fast and friendly. Julia personally welcomed us, showed us everything and gave us great restaurant tips. The accommodation was sparkling clean and equipped with everything you need. In addition, a pretty terrace invited you to relax. I can only recommend the place.
