Enjoy being right in the heart of nature. The swimming spot on the Regen River is just 5 minutes away. The nature-protected slopes of the Regen Valley and the mid-mountain landscape invites for walks, hikes, biking. And yet, the city of Regensburg is only 36 minutes. The house is next to a few other tiny houses and regular homes, right by the cemetery and the village church (bells are audible). The access road ends just past the house. It has electric heating and is fully connected to utilities.

In a 250 sqm terrace-shaped former beer garden with barbecue area, old chestnuts and linden trees provide natural shade.

A lovingly furnished bungalow invites you to an unforgettable vacation. The Murner See about 300 m, as well as the directly adjacent Brückelsee with private sandy shore offer many leisure opportunities. The hot tub in front of the terrace can be booked for an extra charge of € 30.00 per night but at least € 90.00. The mini golf course, the campsite and the restaurant Villa Seerano, as well as the GoKart track only 1 km away are our main attraction in the Wackersdorf holiday area.

You will find a 65 m² flat plus 20 m² terrace, sunny and clean in mediteranean style. Our guests are happy with the full furnished (we prefer natural wood) and fully equipped apartement that is able to serve for up to 4 peoble. We would like to recommend it especially to couples for holidays in Bavaria, Germany or couples with one or two children.
