Our terraced house is located only 20 minutes from Nuremberg or 15 minutes to the trade fair. It is close to the highway and has a direct S-Bahn connection to Nuremberg. We live in the house ourselves and rent one of the large rooms on the 2nd floor, which is equipped with a large double bed and a sofa bed for max. 4 people. The newly renovated shower room is right next to your room, just for you!

Guest room in a quiet location

The guest rooms and the shared bathroom are on the 1st floor. The billiard table in the hobby cellar (as soon as it is renovated) as well as the swimming pool and the terrace can also be used. We have a dog (poodle, 16 years old), but it has now become very quiet and cozy. By arrangement, the use of our kitchen and the use of the washing machine is also possible.
