Zum Rheinufer sind es ca. 2 Minuten Fußweg, wo auch öffentliche, kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten vorhanden sind. Zudem gibt es eine Busanbindung (2/12) in die City, den Sie von der Unterkunft aus in 4 min Fußweg erreichen. Nähe der Bushaltestelle „Brenderweg“: Bäcker, Döner, Pizza, asiatischer Imbiss.

Die FeWo befindet sich im Erdgeschoss auf der linken Seite und hat einen separaten Eingang. Im Hinterhof gibt es Sitzgelegenheiten. Ein kostenloser Parkplatz befindet sich ebenfalls auf dem Grundstück.
