Merzhausen is a perfect, peaceful place to relax. Stores can be reached in Usingen and Neu-Anspach in 5 minutes by car. A playground and soccer field as well as beautiful places are within walking distance. A golf course is nearby. 32 minutes to the convention. Everything is newly renovated. A new bathroom with shower and bathtub. There is a terrace with a garden view where you can enjoy the sunrise! We have an additional room and accommodation for more people in the west wing of the house.

Lean back & relax... Our one-room apartment was created only with natural building materials. With a lot of love for detail, I have processed natural slate & oak wood here. The high-quality interior invites you to relax. Here, at the gate to the Vogelsberg, among other things, is the entrance to the volcano mountain bike trail "Mühlental." The apartment is ideal for hikers and cyclists: forests and meadows start right at the house, the Usatal cycling path leads past our village from Feldberg via Bad Nauheim / Wetterau to Nidda. The BAB 5 is only 10 km away.

The open studio apartment in the gatehouse is part of an extended courtyard from the 17th century. century. Old woods and exposed half-timbering are surrounded by rose bushes and a beautiful garden. When furnishing, we placed great emphasis on sustainability. Existing things were rebuilt and reworked. Most of the lights, textiles and pictures come from our studio. This gives the open architecture its special style as well as its friendly and unique character.

Holiday flat in the peaceful Taunus countryside.

Our well-equipped self-catering holiday flat is in Langhecke, and looks over the valley which leads down to the Lahn river in Aumenau. The flat is ideal as a basis for trecking trips, canoe trips on the Lahn, (motor)bike tours or trail riding (ask us about keeping your horses nearby!). There's plenty of opportunity for activity in the fresh air of this interesting and peaceful countryside. Enjoy the calm and the nature here with us on the Schulberg!

The house is over 500 years old, was completely newly renovated in 1994 sustainably and with style-appropriate materials yet also modern. It is a closed courtyard surrounded by old stone walls and lots of plants, great for children and animals. Downtown Mainz penthouse

Our penthouse (approx. 180 m²) has its very own style. Absolute feel-good atmosphere in the middle of downtown. The roof terrace is great, especially in summer. We are happy to organize a wine workshop. From Mainz you can make wonderful excursions to the wine regions of Rheinhessen, Nahe, Middle Rhine and Rheingau. Mainzer Fastnacht is a highlight. From the balcony you can see the Rose Monday parade.
