Our large apartment with magnificent Elbe views is centrally located on the Elbe. The view goes towards the old town and its sights. But it is on the Neustadt side and so it is only a few minutes' walk to the lively colorful Neustadt with cafes, bars and dance venues, but just as quickly you are in the Baroque quarter with restaurants, museums and shopping centers. You will surely feel comfortable in our large rooms with full kitchen and billiard room. Super suitable for families.

In the middle of the trendy district is a closed Wilhelminian style district with an unspoilt flair. The charming alternation of restored and old houses, narrow streets and winding courtyards with bars, restaurants and shops ranging from elegant to flashy makes the "Outer New Town" special. The Kunsthofpassage between Görlitzer Straße and Alaunstraße is worth seeing with its interesting architecture, small restaurants and handicraft shops.
