This is ‘Het Witte Heertje’, our traditional townhouse in the centre of Utrecht. The house was originally built around 1880. We offer you a fully renovated 40m2 apartment optimally suited for two persons, situated in a friendly, relaxed neighbourhood. Various shops, restaurants, (coffee) bars, the canals and other sights are within a stone’s throw of the house. The park immediately behind the house is a lovely place to spend some time on sunny days. And for laid back evenings we provide Netflix.

From the window of the upper floor of the renovated barn, which is located next to our farm, you have a view of the Cabauwse mill, and if you are lucky the stork will be brooding across the street. Aan de Kaai is in (Cabauw/Lopik), on the border of the provinces of Utrecht and Zuid Holland. In the middle of the Groene Hart of the Utrecht Waarden and the Krimpenerwaard.

A nice breakfast is provided in a breakfast basket. On the edge of a green residential area, no through traffic, close to arterial roads.

With the train station around the corner, it is the perfect place (in the middle of the country) to make your city trips to Amsterdam, Rotterdam or the beach.

Walk/bike (for rent) through the Baarn woods, to the Soesterduinen, eat pancakes in Lage Vuursche, by bike boat to Spakenburg or shopping in Amsterdam, Amersfoort or Utrecht. Relax and unwind in this peaceful and stylish accommodation. The area offers something for everyone. Enjoy the lovely beach 200 meters away on the river Lek or the (free) beach "De Meent" in Beusichem (7 min drive). The 27-hole golf course De Batouwe is located in the middle of the Betuwe, an 8-minute drive away. Tour the dike enjoying the beautiful views over the Lek (by bike, motorcycle or car). In addition, there are many nice restaurants nearby!

The pony can go for a walk, and on request, a ride can be made on the big horse. In the group room, there is a bedroom (2 people), sleeping loft (2), six single beds. In the super cozy gypsy wagon (2 people), your pet is allowed, can be booked on request.

Welcome! Our attractive house from 1899 is completely self-sufficient and fully equipped. Kitchen-diner, cozy living room, separate bedroom and bathroom with jacuzzi. It is located in a nice area, centrally in Utrecht, with a garden on the water and within a 10-minute walk you are in the center of Utrecht! You can rent a parking permit for the entire area from us on site for € 15,00 per day. (normal is € 50,00 a day in Utrecht!)

The house is located in the very attractive neighborhood of Wittevrouwen in a quiet street. It has a spacious charming private living room with king-size bed for 2, a couch and armchairs, a dining table with kitchen and separate hallway and a very small but newly renovated toilet with shower.
