The breathtaking nature of the Rhine Valley begins right outside the door. Located along the quiet Rheinsteig trail, the apartment offers a lovingly designed retreat for two to four guests. From the glass terrace door, the view opens onto the rooftops of the town and the wide valley beyond. The outdoor seating area with Rhine views invites you to enjoy light, air, and landscape. The Loreley open-air theatre is also close by. The apartment has a private entrance and has been recently renovated.

Sie wohnen in einem einfachen, aber gemütlichen, kleinen Apartment (25qm) mit einem Doppelbett ( 140x200cm) und Duschbad in Boppard Stadt. Es hat einen separaten Eingang und liegt im Souterrain unseres Hauses. Kostenfreier WLAN Zugang ist eingerichtet. In dem Wohn-Schlafzimmer für 1-2 Personen gibt es keine Küche, aber die Möglichkeit sich ein Frühstück zuzubereiten. Eine Kaffeepadmaschine , ein Wasserkocher und ein kleiner Kühlschrank stehen zur Verfügung. Geschirr und Gläser sind vorhanden.

Unser "Häuschen" liegt direkt am Waldrand hinter unserem Wohnhaus, als Teil eines alten Mühlhofes! Zum Nachbarn sind wir 1 Kilometer entfernt und der nächste Supermarkt befindet sich in 6 Kilometer Entfernung. Es handelt sich um keine Luxusherberge, doch wer absolute Ruhe und ein Wanderparadies inmitten der schönsten Natur sucht, ist bei uns genau richtig! In der kalten Jahreszeit MUSS zusätzlich mit dem Kamin geheizt werden! ALLE, DIE MEHR KOMFORT SUCHEN, SCHAUT EUCH MEIN ANDERES INSERAT AN!

By foot you reach the river in 5 minutes. The legendary loreley rock is just 5 km away. Hiking trails like the Rheinsteig and Jakobsweg start in front of your door. Enjoy your stay

Vacation home May

The holiday home May consists of an old half-timbered house and an adjoining new building. In 2017 and 2018, the old stock was refurbished and supplemented by a new building. In the middle of the Hunsrück we offer you a place to relax and experience in a unique cultural landscape characterized by large forest areas. The total 125sqm of living space is distributed over two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a large fully equipped kitchen. Wifi is available throughout the house.

Karbach ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen über wunderschöne ausgezeichnete Wanderwege der Region Hunsrück, Rhein und Mosel. Bei mehr als 2 Personen, können zusätzliche Schlafplätze (12€/p.P. u. Nacht) geschaffen werden. Kleinkinder unter 2 Jahren sind willkommen. Allerdings zählen sie als normaler Gast und müssen entsprechend gebucht werden. (Nicht unter Kleinkind ankreuzen). Haustiere sind willkommen. Bitte meldet sie unter der entsprechenden Rubrik an.

Lerne in romantischer Natur das Leben im Tinyhouse kennen. Das nachhaltige Gebäude wurde komplett in Eigenleistung entworfen und gebaut. Hoher Anspruch an Design und Materialien sowie ein artemberaubender Blick aus dem Panoramawohnbereich lassen keine Wünsche offen. Der verglaste Wohnbereich mit Blick in die Natur ist nur eines der Highlights. Ein privater Whirlpool steht auf der Terrasse. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet. Der Whirlpool ist ganzjährig nutzbar.

Herzlich Willkommen am Fuße der Loreley, direkt am Rhein! Siebzig Quadratmeter zum Wohlfühlen, Entspannen und Genießen! In einem Haus von 1900 wurde diese Wohnung neu renoviert, sowie liebevoll und modern eingerichtet. Über den angrenzenden Balkon besteht ein direkter Blick auf den Rhein, die Burg Maus und die Burg Rheinfels. Die Küche, sowie das Bad und Gäste-WC sind voll ausgestattet. Im Wohnzimmer befindet sich neben einer Schlafcouch auch ein Smart-TV.

Our apartment on the ground floor, bright and friendly, is located in the winegrowing community of Bornich, in the "World Heritage Upper Middle Rhine Valley", directly on the Rheinsteig. The Loreley can be reached on foot in 40 minutes. You will find us in a traffic-calmed cul-de-sac. Parking directly at the house. Check-in via key safe possible. In 500m you are in the great outdoors.
