There is lovely hiking terrain right outside the cabin door with endless opportunities for nature experiences for small children's feet to experienced mountain people. Right behind the cabin wall there are prepared cross country tracks that can take you far into Hardangervidda or around the local area. Uvdal Alpine Center is only 10 minutes away by car for speedy ski enthusiasts. At the same time, Dagali Mountain Park, Dagali experiences and Langedrag Nature Park can offer exciting experiences.

The cabin is located 705 meters above sea level in beautiful Eggedal. Here it is set for a relaxing stay, suitable for both families with children and adults who want memorable holidays. Everything is arranged for active days in beautiful nature, with ski slopes, ski center, top tours, art trails, swimming areas, fishing opportunities, rivers and marked hiking trails in the forest and mountains.

Lykkeboden at Spikketrå farm

A stay in this unique and historic building feels like a journey back in time. Lykkeboden is a small house on the farmyard. The building previously stood on a field down in the valley where the farm people lived in the summer when there was mowing time. The unique building was rolled down and set up and restored on the farmyard in the 1990s. A few meters from Lykkeboden, a new building with a new bathroom with all amenities is set up. At Spikketrå farm we have sheep, dog and cat, and a child-friendly tuna.
