Here you will find a nice bright studio apartment. The gable sides are glazed and each equipped with a balcony. In the middle of the apartment there are an additional 10 skylights that provide a pleasant living environment. The bathroom is equipped with a shower cabin with rain shower, sink with mirror and toilet. A bed 140/200 and a sofa bed are available for sleeping. The bed is visually separated from the rest of the room by a thread curtain. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could ever need. The cooking and dining area is immediately adjacent to the cozy TV corner and also the reading corner.

The thick walls provide a great indoor climate, and in summer it remains very pleasantly cool. The surrounding area is ideal for cycling, hiking and swimming . Lake Chiemsee can be reached in 5 minutes by car and the mountains are 15 minutes away. Great bike tours can be started directly from the house. Beautiful walks directly from the front door. Located in Siegsdorf, this cozy country house offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The house features a living room with a sofa bed, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a bedroom with a double bed, and another very small room with a single bed and a small sofa that can be converted into a bed. This additional room is ideal for children, but not suitable for adults, and is only accessible through the bedroom.
