You'll feel that when building, you'll be very attentive to healthy building materials. A good feeling is important. Our place is great for (love)couples, singles and business travelers.

The sunny, bright granny flat is on the ground floor on the southwest side of an organic wooden house with a wooden veranda to the south and west side, with outdoor seating and an associated private garden. In the cozy atmosphere of the wooden house with a healthy indoor climate and quiet location, you can feel comfortable and relax. The sofa bed in the kitchen-living room can be converted into another single or double bed (2 m by 2 m). In addition, a crib and high chair are available on request.

Vacation in the stylish Villa Leopoldskron

Located in one of Salzburg's most beautiful districts, Villa Leopoldskron welcomes its guests in the charming style of venerable bourgeoisie of bygone times. The apartment, which was completely renovated in 2019, has 2 bedrooms, a living room with flat-screen satellite TV and Netflix access, a fully equipped kitchen with microwave and dishwasher, a bathroom with shower and bathtub, as well as a separate toilet. A special highlight of the apartment is the pretty sun terrace overlooking the garden.

The accommodation is located on a quiet, secluded organic farm in the Salzburg region. It's ideal for rest and relaxation, but also for cycling or running in the heart of nature. Several beautiful, warm swimming lakes are located between 2 and 7 km away. The IBM Moor is approximately 5 km away. The loft has a bathroom, a kitchen with an induction hob, electric stove, and refrigerator. The sauna can be rented exclusively for a fee. We do not offer a transfer service.

Our sustainable vacation home "Woid 12," completed in 2023, is located in the climatic health resort of Siegsdorf at an altitude of about 780 m (Chiemgau, Voralpenland) and is characterized by two separate apartments, each 100 square meters. Experience the enjoyment of nature right at your doorstep, where literally “fox and rabbit say good night.” The detached house impresses with its unobstructed view of the forest, meadows and mountains.

Tiny House Bergen Schwesterchen Willkommen in unserem, mit viel Liebe selbstgebauten, Tiny House. Wir hoffen, dass ihr euch genauso wohl fühlt, wie wir. Unter dem großen Dach befindet sich ein zweites Tiny House, "Brüderchen", welches auch über Airbnb buchbar ist. Beide Tinys haben eine eigene Terrasse, teilen sich jedoch ein Dach sowie einen gemeinsam nutzbaren Raum in der Mitte mit Waschmaschine und Trockner sowie den großen Garten.
