We welcome you to the tranquil setting of rural Villefavard in the Haute-Vienne. The cottage is set in twenty five acres of magical woodlands & fields full of wildlife & natural beauty. Located only a few kilometres from the medieval villages of Magnac Laval, Le Dorat, Chateauponsac & the town of Bellac. Only a 45 minutes drive from the city of Limoges & Limoges airport.

Sunflower Cottage is part of a suite of terraced cottages at Gites Rue Du Chateau, with access to spacious gardens, with woodland, a beautiful clear stream running through an ancient lavoir and a covered dining terrace. We have an above ground pool, boules area, BBQs, outside kitchen with dining terrace and cosy fire pit area. Surprisingly peaceful, but within walking distance of restaurants, bakeries, shops and market. Local activities include the Rejallant canoeing centre.

Hidden in a green setting, the Pavilion is an old 17th century lordship overlooking the Charente river. Surrounded by one hectare of wooded garden, you will benefit of a large swimming pool and a nordic bath. Completely renovated in 2023, we have preserved the authenticity and character of this place steeped in history. Its large openings provide this home very bright spaces with breathtaking views of the entire valley and its river.
