Prima studio voor 1 of 2 personen. Ligging is een wat slechtere buurt maar wel dichtbij ze metro waardoor je zo in het centrum bent

We had a wonderful stay in Isabels apartment. The location is very well located with a variety of possibilities for brunch places and bars close by. We checked in very late due to our evening flight and as we had some trouble with the transportation, Isabel and her team were super friendly and helpful. They organised a van for us for the departure which they even covered. During the whole stay they were available to assist us with reservations and any concerns. Thank you very much, we would love to come back to your place in beautiful Valencia.

Die Wohnung und der Ausblick von dem Balkon sind mega. Supermarkt ist direkt um die Ecke, und es gibt einen Aufzug. Die Wohnung war mit allem ausgestattet was benötigt wurde. Jederzeit gerne wieder!

We were very happy with our stay at Vicente’s apartment. He personally welcomed us upon arrival, explained everything in detail, and was always available if we had any questions. The apartment is a spacious three-room flat, fully equipped with everything we needed—and even more. It's just a 5-minute walk to the beach and public transport stops. Unlike the city center, which can get very hot in summer, we enjoyed a refreshing sea breeze throughout our stay. On weekends, you can hear loud music from the promenade, but it didn’t bother us at all. We definitely recommend this apartment for a stay in Valencia!

Apartament preciós i impecable. Té de tot, no hi falta detall. Molt ben equipat i acollidor. Millor que a les fotos. Vam poder aparcar gratis a davant. Molt a prop de parades de bus, va ser molt fàcil moure's per València. L'Illia va ser super amable, ens va enviar recomenacions i sempre ens va respondre al moment. El recomano al 100%.

Apartment and location were perfect for our stay in Valencia. The apartment was well-equipped with everything we needed.

Wir hatten ein tollen Aufenthalt in Esthers Unterkunft! Die Lage war super, sowohl die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel als auch der Strand waren in Windeseile erreicht. Das Hafen-Viertel El Cabanyal mag auf den ersten Blick etwas schroff wirken, gewinnt mit der Zeit aber an urigem Charme und die Cafés, Restaurants und Bars runden das Ganze ab. Das Wichtigste: Wir haben uns rund um die Uhr wohlgefühlt :). Außerdem lobend zu erwähnen ist der Kontakt mit Esther. Wir haben meistens nicht länger als 15 - 30 Minuten auf eine Rückmeldung ihrerseits gewartet, was absolut großartig war! Anschließend bleibt zu sagen, dass wir einen tollen Urlaub mit einer tollen Gastgeberin hatten – gerne wieder!

Great house with many rooms and separate beds. Really enjoyed the large terrace with swimming pool and BBQ. Friendly and helpful host. Highly recommended!

Casa grande, espaciosa y cómoda, cerca de la ciudad. Todo muy bien

Tuve una estancia maravillosa en este alojamiento. Desde el momento en que llegamos Pedro fue muy amable y atento, siempre dispuesto a ayudarnos con cualquier duda. Las instalaciones estaban impecables,muy cómodas. La ubicación es ideal, cerca de la playa, sin duda volveremos. ¡Altamente recomendado!

We initially booked 10 nights at Raul house, but upon arrival, there was unexpected heavy construction noise from nearby which went on all day. Although this was completely out of Raul’s control, he was very apologetic and did his up most best to make the situation better and immediately moved us to another of his properties. While the second house was great, it didn’t quite meet our needs as we had hoped for a private pool and panoramic views like the original booking. Though we only stayed two nights, (one night at each house) we were very impressed with how Rau handled the situation. His communication was excellent, and he was fair and accommodating when we decided to move elsewhere. The original house was exactly as pictured, spotlessly clean with stunning Mediterranean views, we were very disappointed not to stay. Despite things not working out for us, I would definitely recommend Raul and his properties. He's an excellent host!

Jose took the time to check us in and show us around , msg us recommendations and generally felt if we needed anything he’d be happy to help . The place was perfect and situated just right from beach to shops to travel . All in all spot on definitely stdy again Thankyou Jose

Wij hebben ontzettend genoten van ons verblijf in het huis van Silvia. De locatie is goed, strand op 5 minuten lopen, fantastische restaurants in de directe omgeving en het centrum is ook goed bereikbaar. Een fiets huren is een aanrader! Silvia is met recht een 'super host'! Heel gastvrij, heel aardig, behulpzaam, snel in haar communicatie en ontzettend flexibel in aankomst- en vertrektijden (mits de omstandigheden dit toelaten uiteraard). Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien, de inventaris is uitstekend op orde, bedden liggen goed en de badkamers zijn modern en goed uitgerust. Al met al een aanrader!

L accès et le parking sont un peux curieux et pas simple a repérer au premier coup d œil mais rapport qualité prix imbattable seul les chiens des voisins aboient une bonne partie de la nuit (prenez des boules qies au cas où …)

This apartment high above Serra is unique. The climb to get there is steep, but worth the effort. Carlos' place is small but spacy. The beds in the 2 bedrooms are comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped, the terrace is sunny during afternoon and evening with a great view. There is a large parasol to put up that will provide a large shade. The bathroom is quite small and the toilet doesn't flush easily. A bakery is very close by as is the Charter supernarket which offers a wide range of (fresh) products. Carlos was always reachable and gave us perfect directions and instructions. A parking is just below the house. We recommend bar Jubilats Serra for drinks with an amazing view, Les Moreres for a nice meal or Descanso for amazing paella and the most friendly staff. Even during the power blackout on april 28 they kept cooking in the dark kitchen and they kept serving beers as long as possible! Gracias Carlos, we will be back!

Segundo año en el apartamento de Claudio y encantados!!! Todo lo encontramos igual o mejor, muy buena zona, piscina insuperable, playa cerca y apartamento limpio y con todo lo necesario y con Mady como siempre súper servicial y un encanto, nos seguiremos viendo!!

El alojamiento es precioso, todo muy limpio y ordenado. Miguel respondió rápido y muy amable a un par de dudas que tuvimos. Pasamos unos días relajados en un entorno precioso, lo recomendamos 100%.

El apartamento es amplio, muy bien equipado, limpio, seguro, tranquilo, muy buen ubicado cerca de acceso al Metro. Amalia tiene una atencion excelente, siempre respondio con amabiliadad y rapidamente. 5 estrellas

Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral, alles gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Bus und Metro um die Ecke. Supermarkt und jede Menge Bars und Restaurants im Viertel. Einfach eine tolle Stadtwohnung. Idealer Ausgangspunkt für Valencia zu erleben. 3 Schlafzimmer mit genügend Platz für 6 Personen.

This apartment is a real find! The place is spacious, full of modern comfort and exclusively private at the same time.The atmosphere of the beach holiday is clearly present, the terrace is perfectly suited for a pleasant family breakfast. The distance to the beach is short and the beach itself is great. Jorge is a really great host! He kindly went an extra mile to help us with the check-in, as well as on other occasions. We recommend this place highly, as it is uniquely convenient

Ich habe mich in dem Apartment rundum wohlgefühlt! Es war sehr sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bestens ausgestattet – man merkt sofort, dass hier viel Wert auf Details gelegt wird. Die Atmosphäre war angenehm und gemütlich, sodass man sich vom ersten Moment an wie zu Hause fühl. Vielen Dank

Estancia corta pero fantástica. La casa impecable, cerca de todo, y con playas tranquilas para niños pero con restauración para mayores también. Belén muy atenta a todo, a mis peques les dejó detallitos para jugar y todo estupendo. Si volvemos a la zona, volveremos a esta casita.

Vi bodde två veckor i Veronicas fina lägenhet. Allt var mycket bra i boendet. Mycket välutrustad kök. Du kan nästan laga vilken maträtt du vill där, utrustningen räcker till var du än vill göra för maträtt. Ett par minuters promenad till stranden och det finns två fina strandstolar till förfogande. Wi-Fi är bra. Området är mycket lugnt och tryggt. En stor fin pool och en mycket välvårdad trädgård att njuta av. Bra bussförbindelse till centrum. Det tar cirka 40 minuter. Vill du ha en skön semester så hyr Veronicas lägenhet!
