Choose between its two studios (yellow or turquoise), which you can rent together or separately.

Relax in a studio, full of color and very comfortable, and its large terrace overlooking the hills of the Valley of Albaida. At your disposal all the necessary amenities, with mini full kitchen, air conditioning and free Wi-Fi. In front of the studio are the old schools built in 1930, which house the municipal library and the museum of singer Nino Bravo and in front of you find the splendid Paseo del Ensanche. You can also walk along the river and get an amazing experience breathing nature.

A single-storey family home with pool (between late May and early October), large garden and ample parking. The owner has a loft apartment/studio, which is independently accessed, although I'm often not there. The property has a large kitchen diner leading to a barbecue area. Outside dining is wonderful in the summer and the raised decking area by the pool gives glorious views across to the hills. A large wood burner warms the living room for those winter stays.

Exponentia Apartment Guadalest

The apartment is located 200 meters from the town's old part. It is a third floor with southeast orientation. It has 1 master bedroom with a bed, bathroom, kitchen and living room with an Italian-opening sofa bed. The whole apartment has laminate flooring. The main jewel is its terrace, where you can enjoy wonderful moments, overlooking the mountains of Aitana and Aixortà, and in the background the peak of Bernia and the sea. We hope you love it.

The house (built between 1910-1920) is one of the few traditional Mediterranean-style buildings in the area that has been preserved and has not been demolished in order to build apartment blocks. The spirit of the house is humble and simple, although from the first moment you cross the entrance gate, its cozy and unique essence invades you. This unique character can be seen in every detail around you and in every corner of the house.

La Talaia is an ideal house for both families and groups of friends who want to spend a few days in the beautiful rural village of Bocairent. The house has a total of three floors inside and a fourth floor outside or "rooftop" with views of the Sierra de Mariola and much of the old town of this wonderful inland village.
