This charming, typical Majorcan rural house has a pool and is surrounded by a widespread Mediterranean garden. It is ideally situated in a quiet and sunny part of town, just a 20 minutes walk from the city center and only 2 miles from the beach. The house provides two bed- and two bath rooms which comfortably accommodate four adults. Since we spend a lot of time with our baby girl here we are happy to share a baby bed and a high-chair with you. The staircase on the first floor has a barrier.

The house is a traditional mallorcan and has a sitting area plus fully equipped kitchen downstairs, floor 1: large bathroom with bathtube and 1 bedroom and upstairs another seating area and bedroom plus lovely sunny roof terrace with breathtaking mountain views. There is a casita/room by pool, where to be al fresco ideal for kids or siesta + toilet next to it.

The apartment is equipped with air conditioning and heating in all rooms, and infrared heating in the bathroom for cooler days. A beautiful fireplace creates a much more harmonious warmth, perfect for enjoying a tea and relaxing with a view of the Tramuntana after a day of hiking in our woods.
