Zum Rheinufer sind es ca. 2 Minuten Fußweg, wo auch öffentliche, kostenlose Parkplätze vorhanden sind. Zudem gibt es eine Busanbindung (2/12) in die City, den Sie von der Unterkunft aus in 4 min Fußweg erreichen. Neben der Bus-Haltestelle befindet sich ein Bäcker, Döner, asiatischer Imbiss, Apotheke, Sparkasse.

By foot you reach the river in 5 minutes. The legendary loreley rock is just 5 km away. Hiking trails like the Rheinsteig and Jakobsweg start in front of your door. Enjoy your stay

Welcome to our stylishly renovated house in a quiet district of Koblenz. Neuendorf was long an independent place where fishermen and rafters lived. You will feel comfortable in the apartment because everything is available and geared towards a pleasant stay. The city center can be reached in 10 minutes from the nearby bus stop. From there, walk to the Deutsches Eck, cable car and fortress. The fortress offers a lot - like a breathtaking view of Koblenz and more.

The light-flooded, open-plan apartment is located in Sankt Sebastian. From there it is only a few kilometers to the Rhine-Mosel city of Koblenz. Koblenz and its surroundings offer numerous attractions. Such as the German corner, the geyser in Andernach as well as castles and palaces. You can also reach the Städe Koblenz, Mülheim-Kärlich and Neuwied in 5 minutes on foot by public transport. The apartment is 74 square meters and is located on the upper floor.

In einem Haus von 1900 wurde diese Wohnung neu renoviert, sowie liebevoll und modern eingerichtet. Über den angrenzenden Balkon besteht ein direkter Blick auf den Rhein, die Burg Maus und die Burg Rheinfels. Die Küche, sowie das Bad und Gäste-WC sind voll ausgestattet. Im Wohnzimmer befindet sich neben einer Schlafcouch auch ein Smart-TV.

The apartment is bright, sunny, barrier-free and modernly furnished. Built in 2021. The town of Vielbach is 5 minutes from the A3. ICE train station and outlet in Montabaur can be reached in 15 minutes. Cologne and Frankfurt airports can be reached in 45 minutes. Various tourist attractions are available nearby. Despite the good connection, the place is in a rural idyll. The apartment is built barrier-free and senior-friendly.

With this special place, all the important points of contact are close, so planning your stay is easy. You can walk to bus line 8 after just a 2-minute walk and drive to the beautiful town on the Rhine and Moselle to Koblenz or visit the Ehrenbreitstein Fortress. You can also take the bike path to Koblenz or walk directly on the Rhine. For the hikers below you, the Rheinsteig runs through Urbar.

You will stay centrally located in the Mülheim district. In the immediate vicinity, you will find one of the best restaurants in the region, Restaurant Linde. Just 100 meters away is a small but nice bakery. A few steps further is a nice ice cream shop. In a few minutes by bike you can reach the Rhine with great bike paths towards Koblenz or Andernach.
