Guests can enjoy the large enclosed garden of 5000 m2, children will be delighted to play in the wooden structure, dogs are accepted, and a pool and foosball area is also available in the 100 m2 basement. The 100 m2 house includes 3 bedrooms with double beds, TV in each bedroom, 1 toilet, 1 bathroom, a living/dining room and an equipped kitchen. Linen included.

A charming little house in the countryside.

The house is located in the hamlet of La Jaillette, on the Oudon River. The place is rich in heritage (12th-13th century priory church open for visits). I restored it with the most natural materials (cob, lime, hemp, old floor tiles, etc.). It consists of a living room with kitchenette (20 m2), a bathroom with shower (4 m2) and a bedroom upstairs under the attic insulated with wood wool. Private garden with furniture and umbrella.
