We were able to enjoy relaxing days in your wonderful, rustic house, right on the lake. We especially liked that there was a toilet on each floor and mosquito nets on each window. Giulia was very friendly and available at all times... Thank you 👍

The house is very quiet and rocked by the sound of the river. The excellent bedding contributes to the restful nights we spent in the rooms with a superb view. The impeccable and spacious garden, the barbecue and the tavern won us over. We had an amazing stay! Thank you Fabrizio!

Very nice house with everything you need and a great garden. Very good location. Quick to get to the lake. There were 4 of us with our dog. The only annoying thing was the 4 dogs in the neighbor's kennel, which often barked. Otherwise great.

The cottage was beautiful! Ideal for the skiers who want to ski directly from home. House was very clean! Esther was very helpful and you can definitely count on her!

Dream and charming place, amazing views and very well equipped. the garden and the terraces are magical. the house has been refurbished with very high standards, like a family home. the lake is to be seen from every widow, from a peaceful small village. it is important to note that you need to be in shape as there are a short uphill climbing for a few minutes from the parking lot, but it worth every effort!!! and eva is very kind, many thanks for the great holiday !!

The location of the house is the absolute highlight. The view is unique. At sunset and with the view of the lake and the whole mountain panorama for dinner, it was indescribably beautiful. We also enjoyed the warm hotpot several times - after a long hike it is very relaxing. The house is as described - the rooms are very nicely decorated, the kitchen well equipped and the bathrooms are functional but impeccable. If there is a single point of criticism, it is the beds that are very small for double beds and are a bit outdated. All in all, however, we were super happy in the accommodation and can highly recommend the house. Communication with Natalia was also excellent. She responds super quickly and is very helpful. Thank you Natalia for the good hospitality!

Fantastic location to enjoy the como beaches and activities and restaurants and town of Colico Villa itself is fantastic to relax with great outdoor seating and pool area (which was lovely to cool off from the sun but still a nice ~20/22 degrees)

With a group of friends, we started the new year at Villa Sciamina. The house is very nice and has a great view over Lagio Maggiore. Oscar was very friendly & was also very flexible regarding arrival/departure times. It was a great experience!

Really nice villa with a superb view over Bludenz. Support from the owner and their service company was outstanding. We had, or at least we thought we had, issues with the heating and the dishwasher, both were fixed on the same day. Nice and friendly team.

This villa was very special. I highly recommend staying here. It’s even better than the pictures, which almost never happens. It was so peaceful here. The outdoor area was beautiful and we loved using the hot tub every day. Everything was super clean and we all had plenty of room and privacy since it’s 2 separate living areas. The hosts were super sweet and helpful. Also, the restaurant next door is absolutely delicious. Seriously, book a vacay here! You’ll love it!

This place is magic. It has such an incredible view that we never found anywhere else on the lake, which drew us to want to spend more time at the villa. Truly the photos do not do it justice. Romina and her husband are readily available and eager to help with anything. The local restaurants and cafes are excellent, the lake access here is one of the best on the lake - and if you’re an active person you can easily walk to the water from the house. Otherwise it’s just a quick drive. Thanks to Romona and her husband for a wonderful gift to our family on this vacation, and we truly hope to come back someday!

We were 6 people with 2 dogs and spent very relaxing and relaxing days in the Villa Erica. The house is located on a very spacious property with its own pool and an outdoor kitchen right next to it. The lake can also be reached on foot from the property via a short forest path. We felt very comfortable and both Stefania and Luca the owners were very friendly and helpful. We will be happy to come back!

Very nice house in Colico, very well equipped, the 2 gardens and the pool are a plus! Conveniently located a 20min walk from the Lake. Francesca was very welcoming and very receptive to our messages! Thank you again for this stay, to be recommended!!

Our stay was truly beyond our expectations. We enjoyed our host and family and had all of the things we wanted and needed. We were able to get to local places easily, had a comfortable bed and room, and were able to use the kitchen to make a few of our meals. We felt right at home. The beautiful surroundings were so peaceful we enjoyed a rainy afternoon in the sunroom.

An all-round successful stay! The host was super friendly and flexible – we were even able to check in earlier, which was very accommodating. The place was just as described: very clean, well equipped and cozy. Everything went smoothly - from check-in to the stay to the uncomplicated check-out. Clear recommendation, we'll be happy to come back!

We spent a lovely weekend here with the kids and some friends. We love Colico and this is a great spot to enjoy it from , though to note you need a car to avoid long hot walks.

We had an amazing vacation and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing time at Lake Como. The surroundings were breath taking and while the villa is in a quiet location, you can walk to the lake in about 30 minutes. Our pup also had the time of his life being able to run in a completely fenced in yard.

We were seven adults with two dogs in Erika's house and felt very comfortable. The garden is completely fenced so that the dogs could run freely. Two cars fit in the driveway without problems - and with the location of the house you can reach almost everything on foot. Erika is super nice and helpful. She immediately made us feel welcome! The house has everything you need. The beds "in the children's room" may be a little too small for big Nordics :D But otherwise we enjoyed the stay all in all and would be happy to come back. All the best for the season!
