Very nice 1.5 room apartment, tastefully furnished in Alpine style, with new fully equipped kitchen and modern bathroom. The location leaves nothing to be desired, 100 m next to the Fadail ski lift and 10 m next to the cross-country ski trail and the lake. The ski bus runs directly to the Rothornbahn. Great opportunities in summer too, for sailing, biking and hiking. Included in the price is the parking in the underground parking garage with direct access to the apartment, as well as bed, table and bath linen and the tourist taxes.

The apartment type 4 is on the 2nd floor of the vacation house. In winter, well-known ski areas can be reached from us in a short time. Hochötz - 7 minutes by car... next to it are Kühtai and Sölden in our vicinity
