In the room there is a kitchenette (without cooking facilities) with table, coffee maker, kettle, microwave, toaster and fridge. Everything for a small breakfast. We are close to the Engadin Bad Scuol, outdoor pool, mountain railway (hiking/skiing area), national park region and Samnaun (duty-free). Restaurants/shopping facilities are within walking distance. You'll love our place because of the coziness. It is good for solo travelers, couples and adventurers who are planning a short stay.

New studio in the barn

Studio newly built in 2022 (approx. 35 m², ground floor). The studio is located in the converted hay barn of the Engadine house "Chasa Pütvia" from the 16th Central location on the neighborhood street, a few steps to the ski bus/PostBus and only a 5-minute walk from the village center of Scuol with shops, restaurants and the "Bogn Engiadina" wellness pool. The cross-country skiing center and trail are also a few minutes' walk away. Occupancy up to 2 people (infants not included).

Main floor at the Roseto del Drago

The main floor is an apartment, dating from between 1450 and 1650, completely renovated in 2023, at the "Roseto del Drago" of Casa Cassan, a historic residence (ADSI), in the historic center of the village, in a charming architectural complex rich in history, bright, reserved, overlooking courtyards and garden, embellished by constant flowering of roses, hydrangeas and wisteria. A charming environment cared for by the family that has hosted and lived in it for 3 centuries.

If possible, please bring your own sleeping bag, otherwise for an extra charge.

Val Zebrù - Baite di Pecè surrounded by nature.

Apartment in an isolated area in the beautiful Val Zebrù of the Stelvio National Park. Great for spending a vacation in contact with nature rich in flora and wildlife. Wood heating, electricity is provided by a photovoltaic system. There is no telephone connection in the area, but there is a Wi-Fi connection in the cabin, and there are two refreshments nearby where you can taste local foods. The cabin can be reached on foot or by jeep authorized for transit.

In 2020, newly expanded attic apartment on a farm, on the outskirts of Ramosch. Quiet and sunny location overlooking the Lower Engadine mountains. The village shop and bus stop are a 5-10 minute walk away. In summer, numerous hikes and bike tours can be undertaken from the apartment. Various swimming options in the region. The cable cars can be reached in 15 minutes by car or PostBus. Cross-country ski trail from Ramosch. Toboggan run to the front door.

Modern and cozy mountain apartment with a view

Modern apartment built in the village of Litzirüti (1460m), which belongs to Arosa. To get to Arosa it's a 7min drive or 1 train stop. The train station is only a couple minutes walk away, and it takes you to the bottom of the Weisshorn cable car valley station or the middle of Arosa town, where you can find groceries stores and shops. The house is nicely situated with views over the valley including a nice waterfall and hiking paths.

The house is located between the village square and church very central but absolutely quiet. The apartment on the upper floor is suitable for 4 people. Central heating is available. The fireplace in the living area can also be heated with wood. In the large kitchen-living room with full amenities, 6 people can comfortably sit at the table. From the adjoining balcony there is a fantastic south-facing view of the mountains.

Im Haus und in der Wohnung befinden sich viele antike Gebrauchsgegenstände. Du wirst meine Unterkunft lieben wegen des Flairs aus alten Zeiten, ausgestattet mit allem Komfort. You'll love my place because of the unique mineral water fountain in front of the house, the front courtyard with original Unterengadiner flair. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and large groups for family celebrations.
