The house is very nice with a great lake view. Spacious and clean, with a beautiful garden and pool. Location is very quiet and you need to drive to the more touristy places in Como but we definitely liked that!

First of all the location is amazing, the property was great, swimming pool and view was unreal, looking over the whole lake and all mountains. Fabio and Marta were such amazing hosts went out their way to help us get to the air bnb location, provided us with any need outside of regular requests, answered the calls and texts at all times and were super friendly and helpful from the beginning till the end, Thank you for making this an amazing visit we will make sure to come back. We had a wonderful time at Casa Giardino. The completely fenced property was also a dream for our dogs! Upon our arrival, the dog beds and filled water bowls were already available, and treats were also ready. Dogs are really welcome here! There were bath towels for the people, as well as towels for the dogs. A vacuum cleaner is also available to vacuum away the dog hair if necessary. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub, as well as the sun on the property. All windows and doors are equipped with insect screens. The insect doors even have small flaps at the bottom so that the dogs can go through on their own. This was very practical, so that the dogs could move freely. The property is wonderfully overgrown, in some places you feel like you are in the forest, we were able to relax excellently. Thank you for everything Renate - especially the delicious apple strudel!

Mikail is a great host - helpful, very nice and proactive! The house is furnished as shown in the photos, lovingly and also very clean! We are a team of 10 people and one Toddler was there, the size was more than enough for us! I can only recommend the accommodation when visiting Garmisch :)

We had the best time at the lake house! Everything was great and we loved swimming in the lake right after waking up or just whenever we felt like it! Maria is super nice and quickly responded to our messages.

The two days we spent on Pierinos estate weren't enough to fully appreciate all the advantages this place has to offer. Nevertheless, we are left with a great impression. Thank you very much, Pierino.

An amazing place to relax and get some rest! Beautiful surroundings, really peaceful. Airbnb is cozy, comfy and you feel at home! It’s definitely the best Airbnb I have ever been to and I am so glad that I ended up here for a whole week! Kitchen is well equipped, bedroom is comfortable and atmospheric, I was simply in LOVE!

The four of us spent a nice holiday week in this great newly renovated very stylish house. There are many excursion destinations that can be hiked directly from the house. The hostess was very friendly and easy to reach. She provided us with tips on the location and special opportunities. Thank you - we will be happy to come back.

If you want to escape from everyday life and just want to enjoy the mountain landscape, just perfect. The directions and check-in procedure were super good and we found the Hüttli right away. It was super clean and there was everything you needed on site. Even an outlet to charge your gadgets (if you want. We wanted to have peace). Really great and we are planning a repeat. Thank you very much for the great experience.

Very spacious and super modern house - cozy and luxurious with the added flair of having a sauna. Would def. recommend this place to any bigger group travelling & would come again!

Beautiful place, beautiful people, memories to remember forever.

The accommodation was really beautiful and partly really cutely furnished. Communication with the host worked out great. However, you should be aware that the path to the accommodation deviates greatly from a normal road. You drive about 20 minutes on very challenging roads. Those who love nature will be rewarded with absolute peace and a dreamlike environment.

The house is very nicely renovated. The expansion is very modern, stylish and high-quality. In particular, the bathrooms and equipment are excellent. Everything you need and this with peace and a view. Great starting point for hikes, excursions and sightseeing. Directly at the train station and within walking distance. Only on the way to the house, caution is advised, as it is directly along the street. Spacious and well-equipped rooms and terrace available. Highly recommended👍
