The wooden house is suitable for families and friends with up to 10 adults. The accommodation is located between the "Maare" (volcanic lakes) in the Volcanic Eifel near the Nürburgring and offers: Sauna for 5 people, 2 winter gardens, one with a pop-up pool, outdoor wood heated hot tub, fire pit, play area, trampoline, fitness equipment in the house, table soccer, table tennis in the large double garage, Netflix, wallbox for electric cars. 2 baby travel cots and 2 high chairs are available.

Treat yourself to a visit to our half-timbered house Anno 1690, renovated in 2019, in the very quiet old town of Stromberg, right by the Schlossbrunnen fountain below the 3 castles. The kitchen on the 2nd floor is excitingly located in the former battlement of the city wall. The medieval building still has the typical steep oak stairs and the ceiling height is outside the norm. Cozy stay in the house and as a starting point for hikers & bikers....for relaxation and adventure...

Home with a view, large property & balcony

Our two adjoining vacation homes, each for four people, are located in Kalenborn, near Kaiseresch in the Volcanic Eifel. On the 800 square meter property, overlooking a lot of nature, you can really enjoy your stay. With 80 square meters of living space and a large kitchen, the vacation home offers enough space for 4 adults, or 2 adults and up to three children. There is an electric grill on the large balcony. You are also welcome to bring your four-legged friends.

Super quiet location right in the heart of idyllic Ulmen. In the immediate vicinity are the historic castle ruins and the youngest maar of the Eifel, which invites you to relax in the summer. Another highlight is the Maarstollen, which opened in 2023. With a length of 124 m, you can quickly hike from one maar to another and at the same time stand in the middle of the volcano. We didn't have the heart to tear down Grandma Hilde's house. So we renovated the house for 1 year and got as much charm as possible. Enjoy your own hideaway with a large sun terrace, the old half-timbered but modern facilities. The house is at the narrowest point of Starkenburg, so that you can enjoy the distant view towards the Mosel river and the beautiful Ahringstal.
