An architect project built in 2021 with recycled building materials in our wildflower garden. The cottage is fully equipped. Sofa bed and sleeping loft with ladder (no railing!) Washing machine, electric car charger and bicycles can be borrowed for free in the house next door, where we live. Sea view towards Båtafjorden/Bua in the south and in the west, a radiant view towards the Ringhals nuclear power plant. 50 meters to the bus stop, 100 meters to the outdoor gym and running path, 1 km to swimming. Let us know if you want to bring your own sheets for a SEK 200 discount. Cleaning is not included.

Newly-built cottage with sauna, hot tub and private jetty

In the middle of nature but only 20 minutes from Gothenburg, you will find this idyll. Here you can stay comfortably in a newly built guest house with fireplace, wood-fired sauna and hot tub. Around the whole house is the large balcony. Below is a cozy path (50 m) to the private jetty for a morning swim. Take a ride with the rowing boat and try your luck fishing or borrow our two SUPs. Enjoy peace and quiet. Book a tranquil, scenic, and peaceful accommodation right by the lake. Views of nature, the lake, and birdlife. Take the path around the headland to the dock for a swim. Wood-fired sauna, boat and canoe you can rent on site. Sauna 500kr, boat or canoe 200kr. If you have time, you can book a massage and buy ceramics in my studio. Attractive location on a quiet cul-de-sac and only 200 meters to a lovely sandy beach and nature reserve. Large (1150 m2), demarcated plot for play and games. There is also a lovely wood-fired sauna. Small office is available during the summer months (NOT Oct-Mar) in the guest house with screen, desk, keyboard, WIFI/fiber. The cottage has two well-sized terraces in the east and west. Unique pigsty outside Borås

A quarter of an hour outside Borås in Fritsla, this brick building was a pigsty 100 years ago. Here you can enjoy nature and Häggån, which flows 10 meters from the house. It is a quiet area with two other residential buildings a few hundred meters away. The house consists of a single large living room of 100 m2 with kitchen, dining area and sofa area with fireplace.
