The accommodation is about 1 km from a beautiful bike/walking path along the sea to Stråvalla beach/swimming area (about 3 km) with a kiosk (summer time), playground, parking and a large separate animal beach. The accommodation has a fridge, microwave, kettle, cups, porcelain, etc. (dishes are left to the host and exchanged for clean ones). Baby crib (up to 3 years) and high chair can be arranged on request.

During 2022 and 2023, the accommodation has been designated as "Superhost" under Elisabeth's Airbnb profile. From 2023-09-22, husband Roland takes over the hosting of the accommodation.
