The cottage is located in Caunay in the south of Deux-Sèvres, with quick access to the N10: - Futuroscope (45 minutes) - Marais Poitevin (1 hour) - Angoulême (45 min) - La Rochelle (1.5 hours) As well as many walks and tours (parks, castles, etc.)

The trailer is located on a 150 m² lot on which there is also a fully equipped summer kitchen, a bathroom and a toilet (dry). This provides a comfortable space in the trailer that serves as a living room and bedroom.
