We stayed at Elvis’s place for a week and loved everything bout it. The apartment is tucked away is the tiny village of Ipsy . Upon arriving our first impression was WOW ! This a gem! The place is full of charm, history , and the view is one of the best in Istria Super clean and everything you need for your stay. The 3 terraces provide extra space to relax, read, dine outside while enjoying the views of Motovun Elvis has taken his family’s 250 year old home and added modern bathrooms and flooring without changing the integrity of the home. It’s very well done. The beds are comfy and showers are great and its quiet Ipsa, the winery and olive producer is right next door.. 😀. Loved it ! The place was as described. It's all pretty new and well-maintained. Hot tub and pool were clean upon arrival. The slope for the driveway is a bit steep and therefore rather unsuitable for the disabled. During our visit, the area was still undeveloped and hardly inhabited. The small village is very quiet, rather secluded and unobtrusive. The nearest shop can be reached in 10 minutes by car and the coastal towns (Porec, Umag, ...) in about 35 minutes.

Claudia’s place is a perfect place for exploring Istra’s gem little towns and countryside. We thoroughly enjoyed peaceful setting within fields and lavender flowers. Studio apartment is perfect for travellers with ample parking and amenities you would need in the kitchen. Bed is comfy and bathroom is clean, a/c works great. Claudia is very responsive and communication is easy. I definitely recommend Claudia’s place and would happily return for the next trip to beautiful Istra!

Helena is one of the friendliest hosts we've ever had. She was always available and more than helpful. She not only provides accommodation but a temporary home. We felt more than comfortable in this dreamy house and had nothing to complain about. The amenities are great, especially the covered outdoor kitchen with grill. A travel cot was provided for our baby and there was a first aid basket with breakfast for us. Through the walled garden, we had a super relaxed time with the dog and without exception everyone had a nice stress-free time. We would come back anytime!
