Beautiful, cozy, and charming place. You feel at home. The hosts are here to help. Dog people are very quiet. They won't come to you unless you want to. They can't get into the house. If you are afraid of dog, they would keep your distance; if you love to play with dog, they would be friends with you.

Beautiful view and right next to Farragona water/boat taxi. The hostess was wonderful- flexible with our check-in/out. Easy to communicate. The apartment is spacious and clean. We always felt safe. It is a more quiet area and that was just what I was hoping - peaceful and relaxing.

Such a lovely house on the beautiful Island of Burano. The house is really comfortable on a nice little square in the town. So many great restaurants nearby. The daily boat trip we did to Venice was a nice start of the day. Burano is much more relaxed as Venice so for us this was a perfect spot. Antonella is a great host with a lot of useful tip. Highly recommended!

Elisa was an amazing host. Very responsive, the communication was incredible. The check in went smooth. The place was pristine. Everything was clean and the home is very comfy. It is a great place to relax and get away from the routine. I recommend this place!!

(Tip: Line 7 to go to Venice and back, or 7E) Remember to take your bus ticket at the airport or train station, for the next day's journey. Pizzeria right next to the accommodation. The accommodation is very nicely located, you are within 15 minutes by bus in Venice, which stops virtually at the door, and the airport is also very quick to reach. The accommodation is quiet, very new and clean and you will find everything you need for your stay. The hosts are very friendly and help you quickly if you have questions or a concern. We highly recommend the place.

Nicola, the host, was very helpful. He met us personally at his apartment and explained everything clearly. He even helped us book a taxi at 5 AM to the Venice Mestre train station. The apartment was nice, and we really enjoyed our stay. The bus and tram stations are just a few minutes’ walk away. Highly recommended!

Amazing and very clean waterfront apartment. Google maps don’t show accurate directions so I recommend using Apple Maps, our host was very helpful to get us to the right address. The boat station (that you take to go everywhere) is only a few min away, the area is very safe, walkable and has lots of cool spots nearby - cafes, shops, everything. Kitchen is well stocked with high quality pots, dishes and supplies. Hot shower, and washing machine were very nice.

Arrigo’s home was in a good location if you want to be away from the hustle and bustle (which we did) It was in a quiet, peaceful and clean location. Arrigo is a great host, when we arrived early he met us at the water bus stop helped us with my suitcase and walked us to his home sharing with us his love for Venice. He kept our suitcases while we walked around and explored until check in time. Once check in time came we walked back, he met us outside and walked us in. He showed us around the apartment and how to work everything. He then pulled out a huge map and marked down anything and everything from restaurants, grocery stores to must see places as well as bus lines to and from different islands. He also made a little handbook for reference of everything he went over with us it was amazing, he’s so organized and we actually referred to his handbook a few times for restaurants. He also left us with a complimentary bottle of Prosecco from Vino Vero a must try very close to Airbnb.

Lovely stay in Venice! The neighborhood was great with wonderful restaurants to choose from. Also very easy to access to and from the airport. We had a wonderful visit and I highly recommend this apartment!

The location near St Elena boat stop offers convenience, being a short 5-6 minute walk to the house. The house itself is very clean. There is a strict policy regarding trash. The shower area is small and has a half curtain, which causes water to splash everywhere. Communication from Yayoi was persistent.

Amazing spot out of the hubbub of central Venice but still so conveniently located in its own buzzy neighbourhood and walkable to everything central. Really recommend this area to stay in — it feels more local and less hectic than central Venice. The apartment was spacious, clean and had a very comfortable mattress. Communication with Valentina and her team was seamless and speedy, and they accommodated us dropping our bags off early. A great stay and a memorable trip to Venice. Thank you! 💟

This AirBnB was spectacular and Luca was a phenomenal host. Luca was extremely responsive in helping us figure out which water-bus to take and then met us at the boat to walk us to his AirBnB. He gave us so many great recommendations for local restaurants/bars/coffee shops and even told us about some hidden gems and things to do around Venice. This AirBnB was perfect for 2 of us to stay in. It is tucked away on a quiet street but is a short walk from the main sites of Venice. The apartment itself is exquisitely decorated and the kitchenette is extremely functional. It’s also worth me noting that the rooms are a perfect temperature although it states there’s no AC. It was around 85 degrees outside during our stay but with the windows open and ceiling fans on we were perfectly comfortable and wouldn’t have turned AC on anyway! Overall, a wonderful experience for our stay in Venice. Thank you Luca for sharing this place with us!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!! Close to everything, but off the beaten path so the apartment was quiet and peaceful. Had everything we needed and more! The washer dryer and bathtub were definitely helpful!! Our only regret was that we had to leave! ❤️

The flat was amazing, located on a quiet street but with quick access to many restaurants and attractions. The location couldn’t have been better. Having a washing machine and dryer was definitely a rare and appreciated find. Communication with Paola was easy, and she was very responsive throughout our stay.

I would give this place a 6 out of 5 if I could! This place is the best we stayed in during our Italy visit. It has a stunning canal overview and is located in a more peaceful and less crowded part of Venice, but still offers access to the touristy areas. The interior is amazing: very comfortable with all amenities. The hosts, Nicolo and Anna, had kindly prepared a variety of snacks and drinks upon our arrival. At some point they went out of their way to travel from out of town to give us a spare key when we were locked out. I'd love to come back to the same place whenever I visit Venice in the future.

Paolo has been one of the friendliest and most helpful hosts we have had in a long time. His apartment was perfect. We loved the area it was in as it was very quiet and not crowded like other parts of the area. I’m So glad we stayed in this area and would highly recommend to others.

Great little renovated place in a little side street. Very quiet and slightly away from the main part of Venice though an easy walk to all main attractions. Flat is near the Water Taxi station and one stop from the train station. Would recommend this property.
