You can even match the single beds to have a large double bed. You'll find beautiful and spacious bathrooms, with a large shower to ensure maximum relaxation. The living room is the brightest room, with a comfortable sofa bed, a new smart TV and a well-equipped kitchen. You will have also access to the private terrace on canal. Both in bedrooms and in living room you'll find curtains (they are electric, inside the glasses). If you want, it can become pitch dark. It's ground floor flat. You can easily access with your luggages, from the private bank or from the door on the street ("calle"). No keys! You will have your own PIN (we will send you 24 hours before arrival), so everyone can enter easily. You can leave your luggage until the end of the day, for free [luggage deposit is next door, 10 meters]. ONLY FOR YOU: Handy! Il mio alloggio è grazioso e appena restaurato, luminoso e si trova in una posizione ottimale per scoprire e godersi Venezia. Si trova a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro della città, e dai famosi luoghi di interesse come il ponte di Rialto. A 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione dei treni e 5 minuti dalla fermata del Vaporetto. Le Petit Jardin is a 40 m2 apartment situated in Santa Croce. It has has been renovated in August 2018 and give all comfort you need. It's in a very quiet street and has a little courtyard. It's on ground floor (behind the sofa there is a big pucture...It's not real!) No view on canal. All is new and modern. Perfect for 2 people, the apartment has a bedroom with a double bed and a living-room with a kitchenette and a sofa. There are towels and linen, Wifi and TV.
