Die Kommunikation mit Alexandra war immer äußerst informativ und zuverlässig. Der Check in mit ihrer Verwalterin Christina war problemlos, und sie gab uns viele hilfreiche Tipps. Das Apartment hatte eine große Privatheit, einen hohen lokalen venezianischen Geschmack , in einem historischen Gebäude mit restaurierten Holzdecken und Airconditioning, mit fantastischer Aussicht auf die Lagune und den Campanile von San Marco , bei gleichzeitig hoher Funktionalität. Das Apartment hat eine hervorragende Aufenthaltsqualität, sehr gute Betten, fantastischen Wohn-Essbereich, mit einer Küche mit Frühstücksbereich, sowie einem kleinen Balkon mit direktem Blick auf die Lagune und San Marco. Wir hatten einen unserer schönsten Urlaube hier in ihrem Apartment, das fantastisch geeignet ist, sowohl die Ruhe und Gelassenheit und den Komfort eines Badeurlaubs in Lido zu genießen, gleichzeitig die Anbindung an Venedig und alle Inseln der Lagune zu haben. Wir freuen uns, bis bald wieder zu kommen!

Auf dem Lido etwas abseits vom Trubel der Hauptinsel zu wohnen, hat uns gut gefallen. Die Unterkunft ist großzügig mit großem Esstisch und zwei Bädern sehr komfortabel.

Die großzügige Wohnung liegt ruhig und zentral und ist wirklich sehr gut ausgestattet. Sowohl Küche als auch Badezimmer, Kinder- und Elternschlafzimmer lassen keine Wünsche offen. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Straße im Wohngebiet. Es gibt viele gute Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten fußläufig. Auch der nächste Strand ist zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Auch zur Fähre nach Venedig sind es nur wenige Minuten. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Die Lage in der Nähe zum Strand ist toll, zu den belebteren Straßen nahe der Anlegestelle des Vaporetto sind es 10-12 Minuten zu Fuß. Die Wohnung ist eher zweckmäßig als luxuriös, zwei Zimmer plus ein Raum der als Küche/Esszimmer/Wohnzimmer dient, aber das war für den Preis völlig ok. Schön war, dass uns jemand persönlich empfangen hat.

We hebben een super verblijf gehad! Alles was voor ons op loopafstand (congrescentrum maar ook de boten naar Venetië). Daarnaast was de airbnb precies zoals op de foto's en ging het contact met de hosts super!

Eine nette und empfehlenswerte Unterkunft, super und hilfreiche Kommunikation, sehr ruhig und von Sternjasmin aus der Umgebung duftende Nachbarschaft. Super Schlafsofa, alles sehr nett! Ich hatte nicht verstanden, das der Balkon nicht exklusiv ist sondern mit 2 Wohnungen Geteilt wird, aber für meine Mutter und mich egal, der Strand ist ja nahe! Eva's apartment is clean, spacious and very well equipped. It had everything we needed for a self catering holiday. The location, local facilities and transport connections make it an ideal place for visiting Venice, for shopping and for eating out. The Lido has it's own vibe and cafe culture which makes for a relaxing stay. Communication and arrangements for Lorenzo to meet and welcome us meant our arrival was pleasant and stress free.

Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt! Die Unterkunft war sogar geräumiger als erwartet. Die Möbel sind nicht die allerneusten dafür aber hervorragend gepflegt und wirklich sehr sauber! Gemütliche Betten, eine gut ausgestattete Küche und ein top gepflegtes Bad. Zwei schöne kleine Balkone um am Abend einen Apperitivo zu trinken. Beste Lage da sehr ruhig in einer gehobenen Umgebung aber dennoch sehr zentral. Grazie Mille!

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und die Küche komfortabel. Wir genossen den Aufenthalt sehr - die Umgebung ist einfach wunderbar und öffentlich gut erreichbar. Vielen herzlichen Dank!

Pontosan azt kapod, ami a leírásokban szerepelt. Maria Rosa előre megkérdezte minden igényünket és be is tartotta. A kulcsot azonnal megtaláltuk, könnyű volt bejutni. Tiszta, kényelmes, családoknak és baráti társaságnak is alkalmas apartman. Kettő gyönyörű fürdőszoba és toalett. Nagy hálószobák, jól működő klima minden helységben, gyors internet, smart TV. A konyha jól felszerelt, mosógép, mosogatógép, microhullámú sütő grillfunkcióval, hatalmas hűtőszekrény, nagy fagyasztóval. Gáztűzhely, villanysütő légkeveréssel, páraelszívóval. A saját otthonodnak megfelelő kényelem. Minden nyílászárón külső redőny. 2 erkély. Parkolni ingyenesen tudsz közel az utcán. A legközelebbi tengerpart az 5 csillagos Excelsior Hotelhez tartozik és fizetős. Ha csak egy szál törölközővel mész egyet úszni, akkor nem küldenek el. Az ingyenes partszakaszok 10-15 perc sétára vannak. A waporettóhoz helyi busszal tudsz menni és a szállás elől indul a busz. Visszatérünk pár év múlva! Köszönjük Mary Rosa Guest Hosue!

Wir wollten die Theaterbiennale in Venedig mit der Möglichkeit sich am Meer zu erholen verbinden. Das Apartment liegt direkt am Meer, so dass wir morgens und/oder abends ins Meer springen konnten. Außerdem haben wir die funktionale Möblierung sehr geschätzt.

This had all the amenities of a home with the feel of a hotel. The linens smelled nice. The a/c worked well. There were small touches around the home to make us feel welcome. The neighborhood was busy but it never disturbed us. Highly recommend this home. I’m so glad our family of 4 booked this Airbnb.

Schöne Unterkunft am Lido, zentral gelegen, wir waren schon zum zweiten Mal hier, haben uns wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!

We absolutely loved our stay at this airbnb on our honeymoon! It was close enough to the train station and all the major sites, but quiet, peaceful and serene. We absolutely loved our little balcony and the massive windows overlooking the canal. All of the amenities were top notch, including lights, sound system, and heating/air control by an ipad. The two showers were like stepping into a spa shower. The kitchen amenities were modern and beautiful and we enjoyed our complimentary prosecco so much! Would absolutely stay here again. The hosts also helped to arrange water transport to the train station so we didn't have to pull our luggage up and down all the bridges. They also gave some great recommendations for food that we took advantage of during our visit.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit bei Paolo, auf dem Lido. Paolo war sehr herzlich und immer da, um Fragen zu beantworten. Er stellte uns Fahrräder zur Verfügung und gab uns schöne Hinweise für Ausflüge oder wo wir am besten Einkaufen konnten. Die Lage des Apartments war so, dass wir raus aus dem Trubel waren, aber nah genug, um jederzeit die Fähren oder den Strand zu erreichen. Wir haben auch den Außenbereich sehr genossen und oft im Garten gegessen. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Vielen Dank!

Mikro was really a good host! The apartment looked like the pictures and was in a nice neighborhood close to a lot of restaurants and things to see.

Logement très spacieux et décoré avec goût. Il est très fonctionnel et très bien équipé. Stephano est très réactif et disponible. Logement à recommander à 10 minutes de La place Saint Marc.

Giorgia was so kind and welcoming upon our arrival. She had a load of recommendations for us which we followed and were NOT disappointed! We were also able to drop off our luggage ahead of time to avoid having to check it somewhere which we really appreciated. Honestly, look no further for your Venice stay. You’ll have a GREAT time here :)

Great stay with a wonderful host! Lara was very welcoming and provided lots of practical tips that saved us a lot of time and effort during our trip. The location is super convenient — only 10 minutes to Venice’s Piazzale Roma with frequent connections every 10 minutes. The apartment was clean and well-maintained, and check-in and check-out were smooth and easy. The host was always reachable for any questions. Highly recommended — especially for families with kids!

Great Airbnb! Flavio reached out via whats app and made sure I was comfortable with check in procedures. He sent his cousin, who spoke English, to assist us. The Airbnb was very clean and exactly as described! No issues at all! Great location! Very walkable to where we wanted to go!

Pierantionio's stunning Venice apartment is one of the best Airbnb's I have stayed in! The apartment itself is beautiful, with views of the canal from multiple windows, and very good value. Just to spend time in the apartment was heavenly. We loved the whirlpool tub. Not only that, but this is the prettiest and one of the most peaceful neighborhoods in Venice. Everything you need is steps from your door. The water bus is a flat and easy 4 minute walk, making luggage transfer from the airport or train station a breeze. The AC was a welcome amenity at night. We felt so lucky to stay here! I hope we get to stay again. If you have the opportunity to book this place, don't think twice, just do it.

Staying with Marco was a pleasure. He was quick to respond to any questions and always helpful. The home was cozy, clean, and located in a quiet neighbourhood, yet conveniently close to a ferry stop. It featured two separate bedrooms, which was especially handy for our group. A great option for larger groups. Highly recommend
