Beachfront holiday rental in Venice

Sofia is a very accommodating hostess and welcomed us very nicely. We felt very welcome with small extras, such as breakfast pastries or a (packed) toothbrush in the bathroom or a well-equipped kitchen. In hot weather there was a fan and rainy weather we could borrow umbrellas - these are the little things that make you feel welcome. We will be happy to come back.

Beautiful apartment of good size, welcoming and generous host. The location is superb, one corner from the sea and the beach is beautiful. The view from the balcony is better than the pictures. To reach Venice, it takes at least an hour by bus and boat the round trip costs between 25 and 28 euros.. With the experience, it is better to choose the boats of the same company than the buses because they are synchronized and we do not wait between the two and departures are more frequent.

Been here for the second time - and again fully satisfied! The apartment is well maintained, lovingly furnished and simply comfortable. We were thrilled with our first visit last year, and everything was great this time as well. Thank you for the great stay – we will definitely come back!

We spent two nights at Valeria and Riccardo's apartments and we had a really good time. They were both extremely kind and helpful, with clear and timely communication from the first contact. The stylishly furnished apartment on the second floor is very nice, with attention to detail and complete with everything you need. The online photos are already beautiful, but in person the space is even more pleasant and welcoming. A significant added value is the possibility of using bicycles, which allowed us to travel around Chioggia freely and easily. If we are in the area again, we will be happy to come back. We highly recommend this place!

It was excellent, everything as described and even more amenities than in the description. Very nice and accommodating. We will definitely come back due to the cleanliness and the value for money. Perfect location and very quiet in the house itself, despite the central location. 10/10!

This apartment is a dream. Upon arrival, it scores points with a private parking space on the property — right in front of the door. The apartment is on the first floor and also easily accessible by elevator. Perfect for heavy luggage. Once there, you can expect an immaculately clean, tastefully decorated accommodation where you feel completely comfortable from the first moment. The location is hard to beat: in less than three minutes you can reach a variety of restaurants, bars, supermarkets – and even the beach is just a jump away. The absolute highlight is the wonderfully large balcony: with fantastic views, quiet atmosphere and even a touch of sea view. We've all fallen in love with this place-the perfect place to start and end the day relaxed. Giorgia is a wonderful and attentive host who can always be reached. Thank you! We will be back for sure😊. Our apartment was perfect for our family of five. The host was great to communicate with and provided everything we needed to have a nice stay. They were friendly and even had some local recommendations or ideas on how to travel to where we wanted to go. The property is beautiful and walkable to all major sites and wonderful restaurants. We would love to stay at this place again in the future.

The hosts were really friendly and did everything to meet our needs. Very hospitable even with my molosser and they even gave him a welcome gift!!!! Always available and very kind. Comfortable and very clean environment. Very well equipped with everything. The only thing missing was the chamomile tea bags!!!! We also found soaps and shampoos for children in the bathroom!!!!! We had a wonderful stay at Markus’s place with the whole family. The check-in instructions were very clear, and we had no trouble accessing the property. The house was spotless and thoughtfully prepared with attention to detail. Before our stay began, Markus shared valuable information about Venice and Lido di Jesolo, which was incredibly helpful. During our stay, he was quick to respond to any questions we had. We were very pleased with both the house and Markus’s hospitality. Unfortunately, we couldn’t use the swimming pool due to weather conditions, but it was still a great feature to have. If we return to the area, we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

The place was very awesome if you want to have a feel of Venice and also lido. It’s proximities to Centre and access to public transportation makes it very good. I will highly recommend this apartment for families or group of friends.

Just perfect – in all regards. The apartment is really lovely, with “retro” furniture & décor it felt warm and welcoming – just like visiting your Grandma’s! Everything you needed was there, and worked as it should. It is very well located, in a quiet area, and perfect for the Palazzo del Cinema venue just a few hundred metres away. Marta was very responsive with help, advice and directions. Key collection was quick and efficient. All was perfect – thank you Marta!

This typical beach apartment overlooking the beautiful Chioggia is a real paradise. The location is perfect, to reach the beach and the center of Sottomarina, a 5-minute walk away. The apartment is furnished with taste and care, with ample spaces and a terrace overlooking the sea, the view is breathtaking front to Chioggia and the fishing port, the sun comes abundantly from the windows, with a wonderful sunset! The cleanliness and organization are impeccable, every detail is designed for maximum comfort. The management service was very helpful and friendly. If you are looking for an apartment by the sea that makes you feel like on vacation, this is the place. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and fun holiday.
