La Maison du Chêne is ideal for a family with children or for a business trip. It consists of a living room with open kitchen, a master bedroom, and a second bedroom with a bunk bed and the possibility of a mattress on the floor. The rooms are located in the basement and are cool in the summer. The house is located in a dead end without a car, ideal for children to play outside. Bakery, wine shop and restaurant 200 meters away. Parc de la Sèvre 500 meters away.
