Separate kitchen with corner bench, cozy living room with fireplace and TV, 2 bedrooms, covered outdoor seating area, garden, garage, car parking. Little traffic. Wi-Fi. Wonderful hiking, biking and skiing area with 120 km of slopes up to 2300 m, running trails (300 m from the house), swimming lake (free), playgrounds, tennis.

There is a 30 m2 terrasse/platform in front of the house with an amazing view to Laax, Vally and the mountains. The house is good for couples, solo adventurers, groups and families (with kids). We have two baby beds, high chair and a basket full of toys available for families with kids. You are welcome!

The upper floor offers another sleeping option for 2 people, shower/toilet and 2 balconies with beautiful views. Vella ski resort can be reached in 15 minutes by car. There is no PostBus to Surin!

Das zweistöckige Stallhaus eignet sich für Paare und Familien. Im unteren Stock befinden sich drei Schlafzimmer, 2 Zimmer mit Doppelbett und 1 Zimmer mit einem 6-er Kajütenbett. Es gibt 2 Badezimmer (WC/Dusche und WC/Badewanne).
