Holiday rentals with a sauna in Viamala

Our stay was truly amazing, Sandra’s makes you feel at home. The view from the terrace is spectacular. All surroundings are accessible by 5 minutes drive.

Small but very comfortable and very neat studio near Laaxersee and the bus stop to the ski slope. We stayed there for 5 nights with 3 people so the sofa bed was also folded out and it was a bit narrow to pass everywhere but that was no big deal. Comfortable double bed. Solid running shower. Spacious fridge. Plenty of equipment available in the kitchenette for cooking, even an oven! (no microwave), and then put everything back. Convenient terrace and always nice in the sun when we returned from skiing in the afternoon. Well-functioning shutters so you can make it really dark inside and also a fold-out sunshade on the terrace. We were there too short and a lot outside with the radiant weather so we did not go to the pool. No idea what that looks like. A photo on the website of this would be helpful. The sauna option is also not used. Parking space for the car is a big plus. We are very satisfied with this place!

We (family with 2 children) spent super great ski holidays in Lucia's studio. It's pretty tight from the place, but if you don't plan to spend whole days indoors, it's wonderful. The apartment is well furnished and nothing is missing. Our two very active children enjoyed the pool and ping pong table downstairs in the house. The location is ideal for ski holidays. The ski school square and the magic carpet are 5 minutes away by foot. We will be happy to come back!

Cozy, very tastefully furnished apartment in a great location to the ski lift. Very nice bathroom, extremely high-quality and fully equipped kitchen. I'm glad there were even toy boxes for the kids. Information in advance, in the apartment and during the stay absolutely exemplary. Only small shortcomings: path to the entrance of the apartment via 5 stairs down and several hallways and doors laborious, bedroom with child tight. If the sofa bed is used, however, no problem. We were there with 2 children, then the apartment is "well full". But we knew that in advance and was completely ok. Even better is the use with 1 child or as a couple. Especially in this constellation an absolute recommendation, especially if you want to ski.

One of the cooler airbnbs just because of the view, the surrounding nature, and the sauna. One of the two bathrooms was very large an walkable and had a sauna which was super cool and fun to use after a morning run in the cold. The host also had an outdoor grill for us tom use. The balcony had a very nice view of the forest and mountains in the back and the valley to goes down to the town of Chur. The host was responsive and helped us with what we needed.

We were a small family and had a wonderful stay! Everything was absolutely perfect and Tamara was probably the best host we have ever had! Highly recommend and we will likely be back!

The pool area was fantastic! Perfect for unwinding after a long day. After an intense ski touring adventure, relaxing here was exactly what we needed. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for comfort and a great atmosphere!

The place was comfortable, cozy and clean. We felt completely comfortable. We were particularly impressed by the high-quality interior design and the tasteful furnishings. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need. Everything is in very good condition. The ski resort was quickly accessible on foot with the free post car at your doorstep. With the bread roll service we had a fresh breakfast every morning. Ronny also gave us tips, e.g. for the ski school for our daughter. We will be happy to come back!

The apartment is in a central location, well served and in the center of the different activities that the area offers. The building is well equipped with an indoor pool, sauna, garage parking, elevator and laundry. The apartment is very welcoming and functional. Highly recommend for a pleasant vacation!

We had a wonderful ski holiday in Jörg's apartment. The apartment is spacious and really with everything you need perfectly equipped (both in the kitchen and everywhere else!). After skiing, we could first let the evening sun shine in the face on the balcony and then let ourselves go well in the sauna, just brilliant. The ski bus stop is right outside the front door, and also by car it is only 4 minutes to the valley station of the gondola. Jörg always responded quickly and comprehensively, even with helpful tips. We will be happy to come back!

Very nice vacation with fantastic views, a superbly equipped apartment and great weather. The cross-country ski trail is almost at your doorstep, the ski bus is 50 m from the house.

A little temporary home – just wonderful! We felt really comfortable in the apartment from the first moment. Everything was sparkling clean, lovingly decorated and top modern. You can immediately see how much passion is in this apartment. The communication with Susanne was super warm and straightforward. Requests were responded to immediately. There was really nothing missing, and especially the kitchen is super equipped. In general, it was the perfect stay. Thank you for everything – we definitely recommend the apartment and would definitely come again!

We were two families and loved the place, especially living room with a view and a lot of natural light, bathrooms, well arranged space and convinience of two parking places. The village is nice, bigger and more lively than one could guess from internet search, and the apartment location was great, within a relatively short walking distance to the ski lift, and there are easy and beautiful hikinng paths in two (opposite) directions.

I would definitely recommend staying in Andreas' apartment, if you don’t need luxus of the big hotel. Friendly approach, helpful, always responsive if you need anything. Sagogn is a lovely little village, away from the hustle and bustle of the big resorts and main roads. And for the price you can't get a room in the area.

Nice and cozy cabin with beautiful view towards mountains. Very clean and neat room and toilet, sufficient life supplies( paper, towel), also a big yard with stone pizza stove, swing and hanging bed. Loved the stay.

Such a beautiful house, quiet, cozy, top amenities, nothing is missing. Fantastic furnishings, everything fits.

We spent a relaxing time in Michael's accommodation as a family with 4 children from 1-8 years and 8 adults. The property offers a magnificent view of the mountains and the valley and it has everything it needs for a cozy time. A small, beautiful and family-friendly ski resort with toboggan run is less than 10 minutes away by car. You just have to go out the door for hiking and mountain climbing. The sauna with space for two adults and the storage oven in the living/dining room offer relaxation and tranquility after an eventful day in nature. The space was sparkling clean and very well equipped. With our number of people, the accommodation was almost maximally occupied. It should be noted that in the attic a room is a passage room, but as a family no problem at all. There is enough privacy. There would be so much more to say... we just want to recommend the place from the heart! Thank you for the wonderful time!

the communication with Tina was always friendly. The apartment corresponded to the pictures & was very cozy. We definitely felt comfortable. You can also reach the supermarket, train station & the cable car within 5’by foot. So everything was great - we will be happy to come back the next trip to rhäzüns:)

We had a great stay over an extended weekend at this place. There are enough bedrooms to not get in the way themselves in large groups, but at the same time great common areas to enjoy time together. The great kitchen is a highlight for every hobby chef and otherwise there is plenty of activity for all ages with hobby room, sauna and pool. The accommodation is in a great location, offers great views and is only 10 minutes from the Savognin ski resort. The communication and organization with Carmen and Luca was always very friendly and fast and all questions were answered quickly. We can only recommend the accommodation and will gladly come back!

The house is beautifully located in a chalet settlement below the ski slope. The area is very quiet and well-maintained. We enjoyed our holidays in your house very much and we loved the generous living space. We were wonderfully taken care of and spoiled with a great welcome greeting. Thank you for everything!
