Beautiful apartment on the first floor in an old farmhouse. Centrally located. Three bedrooms and a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom are available. Wood burning. In winter, ski tours, ice skating, sledding, cross-country skiing, skiing, snowboarding. In summer, hiking, biking, bouldering in the Magic Woods and wildlife watching. Paragliding and the Andeer mineral bath attract visitors all year round. Products are available fresh from the farm in the village, Volg in the neighboring village, Postbus stop right in front of the house.

Access (summer) by car in about 7 minutes, on foot in about 40 minutes. In winter, no access by car is possible. (12/20 - 04/30) Food & luggage transport can be booked. The apartment is ideal for 1 or 2 families up to a total of 6 people plus 2 babies/toddlers. The ski bus stops every 30 minutes in the immediate vicinity (250 m) and takes you comfortably to the valley station. Underground parking, outdoor parking, dishwasher and fireplace are included.

It is in the immediate vicinity of the Andeer spa and is an ideal starting point for hiking, skiing and much more. Shopping and cozy restaurants can be found in a few minutes or by car in the area. The apartment is on the 2nd floor and can be easily reached via the stairs or the elevator from the first floor or the underground car park.
