On the first floor there is 1 kitchen, 1 bathroom/toilet, 1 living room with tiled stove and TV. On the 2nd floor are 3 cozy bedrooms, as well as 1 reading + TV niche. Access from the kitchen to the garden seating area incl. fireplace via external staircase.

Beautiful location for all activities in and around Laax. Comfortable with children or just as an adult weekend in the mountains. The apartment is stylish, and still pet and child friendly. There are boardgames for those lazy moments and the Postauto (local bus) to the hill in winter and overall in the area, is just five minutes walk away. You will find a bakery, restaurant, butcher and grocery store within a 7 min walk. Price for renting the flat includes bedding and linens for 2 guests.

The many warm woods, natural materials and sleep in the Hüsler nest are particularly cozy. The diverse offerings of the region also lure you outside and leave nothing to be desired. The apartment is suitable for up to 2 adults and 2 toddlers up to school age.

Small but nice, great view

Modern, super nice and practically furnished. From 2 (1 double bed) to 6 people (2x sofa beds - 1 in a mini room and 1 in the living room) we use this vacation apartment as a family of 4 with young children at the time. In the meantime, we have adapted the sleeping arrangements to young adults or adults. The dining table is also extendable. The bathroom is equipped with a rain shower and a washing tower. A modern kitchen and a garage space are included.

Charming chalet with lake view

Casa la Runtga is in a wonderful location with fantastic views of Lake Laax, the village and the mountains. The lake resort, indoor pool, wellness, children's ski lift, ice skating and many leisure activities are within walking distance. The ski resort can also be reached in a few minutes by shuttle bus or car. The area offers very special hiking and biking trails. The treetop trail is one of the newest attractions and starts in close proximity.

My place is family-friendly and has great views. You'll love my place because of the comfortable beds, the two kitchens, the view and the coziness. In summer there is a seating area with barbecue facilities. My place is good for families (with kids) and small groups. The nearest ski resort is in Splügen (5 min. by car)
