The cozy chalet is perfect for families with children or just to enjoy the peace and quiet as a couple. In the chalet there is a double bed and in the attic a mass of mattresses. You have a gigantic view of the Ruinaulta, the Flimserstein, Calanda and many different excursion opportunities. Very special in Chalet Balu is the wellness oasis with sauna. If you feel like barbecuing, you can buy our own organic beef products and other regional products.

The newly renovated house offers an alpine, warm feel-good ambience with all the advantages. Start your hike or bike tour right at your doorstep or let the mountain railway take you up comfortably. Looking for a quiet vacation home close to great ski resorts and a unique natural panorama? The vacation home is only 10 minutes by car from Flims/Laax or 20 minutes from Obersaxen Mundaun. The region offers many other great activities in close proximity. The cozy atmosphere is guaranteed not to fall short, thanks to the fireplace, natural panorama and the rushing stream right behind the house. Dogs are welcome.

Cozy and central: Studio with free parking

The beautiful spacious studio (29 m² and 8 m² balcony) is centrally and quietly located in Valbella, just before Lenzerheide, in the Arosa-Lenzerheide vacation region. It is very well served by public transport (3-minute walk to the Valbella Dorf stop) or by car (free underground parking included). A perfect getaway for every season: for hiking, biking, skiing, working or vacationing in the mountains.

Farm holidays

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Our 3½ room apartment (6 people) can also be extended to a 4½ room apartment (8 to 9 people)! Directly above the house is our farm shop, the seating area with fireplace, the large playground with playground equipment and some of our small animals. Anyone who wants to help in the barn, garden, field or with the animals is welcome.
