Sommerhuset ligger i Odsherred, som er fuld af natur, strand, gastronomi og sjove oplevelser for hele familien.

Huset har egen indgang, terrasse, parkeringsplads og er ugenert fra resten af ejendommen. Der er 2 cykler til rådighed. Huset egner sig ikke til børn under 12 år. Der er en trappe midt i boligen hvor børn kan komme alvorligt til skade hvis de falder ned.
