Wonderful brand new detached villa with ocean views, a community pool, and an electric car charger. The villa is next to the sea, and the average temperature of the area is 22ºC (winter about 12 or 14ºC, summer more than 30ºC). An area with more than 3000 hours of sunshine a year. Very quiet area, and very close to the big cities: Alicante and Benidorm. Other places of interest: Villajoyosa, El Campello, San Juan, Guadalest... Alicante-Elche Airport (ALC) 30 minutes by car.
