Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Villajoyosa

Great spot in Benissa close to restaurants (just a few) and the grocery store is walkable. Beach is super close as well! Definitely more quiet of an area not a ton todo but close drive to Altea and the downtown area of Benissa

Beautiful home! Victoria was really responsive and the place has all amenities. Particularly gorgeous veranda and swimming pool and hot tub! The additional paintings painted by Victoria make the place homely. Worth mentioning that only the ground floor is open but there is plenty of space! Very close by groceries and recommend El Gaucho restaurant for a steak!

Picture's don't do it justice! just back from a glorious week in Jàvea. perfect for our family which was my partner, myself, eldest daughter (25) her boyfriend, youngest daughter 19 and son 18. The accommodation lay out was perfect with plenty of space, including a huge open plan kitchen (very well equipped) and dining room which was more than big enough to accommodate us all. great outdoor seating areas catching the sun most of the day. pool was great and plenty of loungers/seating. very quiet location and great view's. plenty of local bars/restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance and we found plenty to do within a short drive. need to travel to find good beaches. Julie was great,very helpful and excellent communication. A water leak caused us to loose the water supply one evening but very promptly sorted and great communication regarding the issue. as stated in a previous review take extra towels for the pool as only 1 per person provied. 100% recommend

I had a very pleasant experience in this apartment. The location is excellent, close to the center of Alicante, which makes it very easy to walk to practically anywhere: restaurants, shops, the promenade, everything is close. The apartment is as it appears in the photos, even more cozy in person. The decoration is simple but tasteful, and everything was clean and well cared for. I felt very comfortable from the first moment. It is evident that they have paid attention to the details. The check-in and check-out process was very easy, and communication with the host was smooth and friendly at all times. He responded quickly and was very attentive. In short, I totally recommend this place for those who want to enjoy Alicante from a central, beautiful and faithful point to what is promised. If I go back to the city, I wouldn't hesitate to repeat.

Dino and Alex are the perfect hosts .Their help and knowledge meant this was like holidaying with family .Five stars aren’t enough to reward their effort .It is a wonderful apartment with every amenity and is perfectly placed to be in easy reach for rest of the city of Alicante .We would not hesitate to recommend fellow travellers and our friends.Ross

The house has the best views of Calpe and there is a path along the coast that takes you to the beach. We would definitely come back.

We can recommend the accommodation without reservation due to the great location. Numerous restaurants are within walking distance. The apartment is very tastefully decorated and very well equipped

Augustin was flexible with our check-in, so we could comfortably settle in before the scheduled time. He gave us great advice on what to do and gave clear instructions on how the apartment worked. The apartment in itself was clean and even prettier than the pictures, and the kitchen was spacious and had all necessities. The location was great, everything was within walking distance or easy to get to with public transportation. It was a great stay and I would love to revisit.

The apartment is perfect for a beach break. The views are unbeatable and the apartment is comfortable. We liked the detail of the hairdryer with diffuser, bathroom products and detergent available to use the washing machine. Our hosts were super nice, they have always been attentive and answered us almost immediately. There is a super nearby playita also that you can take a route through the villages in the area as it is close to everything. Highly recommended.

Had a fantastic stay in Inge’s apartment. Inge met us for check in and showed us around. The view from the lounge and balcony is amazing! Very comfortable beds and a well equipped kitchen. Would have no hesitation in recommending this apartment.

The house was clean, well-equipped, and located in a private and peaceful area – just what we were looking for. Great communication with the host as well. Our second stay at this lovely villa. The view is superb and we love spending evenings by the pool and cooking at the BBQ area.

We had a fantastic two-week stay at the villa and loved it like everyone else. A special mention to Christine, who was so friendly and welcoming. When we had reason to contact her, we had an immediate answer. The same went for Thomas as well. This is probably the nicest, most welcoming, well-equipped villa we have stayed in, and we have been doing this for over 35 years. Like others before us, we are already planning our return visit.

We had a great time with the family in Javea! We were super well received upon arrival, the accommodation was nice, even more beautiful than in photos! We had everything at our disposal and the house was very well equipped (kitchen utensils, BBQ, appliances and products, the three toilets of the house, the outdoor fridge, etc.) We spent a lot of time outdoors, charming and well-designed terrace! Special mention to the very nice pool which is also very refreshing! Despite the a priori suburban location, we were quiet for the duration of the stay. We would highly recommend and will be sure to come back! Don't forget the mosquito repellent, there's a lot!

great place to stay in a very peaceful area. a few restaurants right by the Villa which are decent but also very easy to get into Calpe or Altea. Fredrico was very easy to communicate with and responded to everything very quickly.

Wow what a beautiful home, to fall in love with! Everything has been thought of, we felt wonderfully at home. It is almost a shame to leave the house and explore the area. Contact with Loraine is quick and easy. We would have liked to stay a few days longer!
