Holiday rentals with a patio in Villajoyosa

They are the best hosts that I have ever met with. The apartam is well-furhished, clean and spacious, the view from the whole apartman is breathtaking. The tram is very close, you can reach the city center in 10mins.

A lovely few days in Spain. Views over the Med, you can’t beat the apartment for location and views. So comfy, really well thought out property. Excellent set up/ facilities too which are worth it to be comfy and feel at home. Really great service and hospitality too from Isco 🙌

Beautiful apartment set in a great part of Benidorm away from the strip but easy walk to everything. It’s on the 15th floor but lifts were great and the view is just amazing. Everything was as described and they got the apartment ready for us early on arrival day. 7 of us managed easily with 2 doubles 1 twin and pull out sofa although we didn’t spend much time there as weather was lovely. Highly recommend.

Josè Manuel was the most welcoming host! The apartment was just pristine! We could still smell the cleaning chemicals on our arrival so we just knew it was hygienic! The location was perfect for what we wanted, close enough to go into the hustle and bustle but far enough away to have a good nights sleep without interruptions. The apartment was just as described, we would absolutely stay here again!

Andrea’s apartment was top quality - very modern, very clean, very well furnished. The wrap-around balcony has views to the see and the mountain, and overlooking the pool. The pool area is first class - crystal clear water in the three main pools, and then an indoor spa area as well with warm bubble pool, and then an ice pool and hot pool. The sauna was not working during our visit. But everything else was brilliant - one of the best apartment pools I’ve been too. It was helped by the fact that it was never busy. The area is not great for amenities - there is a campsite next door that has a bar and a very small shop, but other than that everything else is a short drive away. The beach is a mixed sand/pebble beach, and during our visit it was not safe on any day for our kids (8 & 3) to go in the water. It gets deep very quickly and the waves are strong. The Allonbay complex is still under construction but we knew this and it didn’t bother us. Overall, we loved our time here.

The keys had to be picked up at the agency, which was not very convenient , it would have been good if the box with the keys was on the territory of the house. Al the rest was amazing. Thank you!!!

The stay in the apartment has been super pleasant. It is newly renovated, well cared for and with incredible taste. The sofa bed is super comfortable. The windows perfectly soundproof the noise that could come from the street and we heard nothing despite the town being in San Juan festivities. In addition, Macarena was very attentive and gave us some great recommendations for eating and breakfast. She is a super attentive host and I would definitely recommend her!

Great accommodation! Close to the tram that goes to Alicante and close to a nice beach. The apartment was super nice with a good pool and barbecue area. The host was super quick to respond to messages and was helpful. Great!

Casa Malou is an absolutely outstanding find, a real gem! It is equipped with everything you could want for a beautiful and relaxing time! The kitchen it fully stocked, and the pool amenities are fantastic. The beds are very comfortable, the aircon is a great addition, and the place is very tastefully decorated. The location is great too, a very quick drive to multiple beaches and shops. The host was also really great and allowed us to check in very late at night and to check out quite late in the day, meaning we could enjoy an extra day in this slice of paradise. Highly recommend! Don’t hesitate, just book!

A wonderful accommodation, clean, very comfortable, well equipped and very well located, with a private terrace and wonderful views of the Rock framed between the green of the pines and the blue of the sea. There are 3 coves nearby that you can walk to with crystal clear waters. Isaac is very attentive to clarifying our doubts. Highly recommended. Looking forward to coming back.

Beautiful accommodation, had everything you need. We recommend renting a car to be more mobile.

We had the most fantastic 4-night stay at Manol’s beautiful retreat. It truly felt like a hidden gem—peaceful and private, yet just a short drive to explore nearby towns and beaches. Manol was the perfect host, always ready with excellent recommendations—from scenic hikes to the stunning coves at Cala Moraig and Cala Llebeig, to incredible running trails around Xàbia, Moraira, and Les Bassetes. The facilities were top-notch, and we made the most of the outdoor space by BBQing amazing local meat and fish every evening. With a great walkable supermarket nearby and everything you need at your fingertips, this place is the ultimate couples’ reset and detox destination. We left feeling completely recharged—and we absolutely can’t wait to return!

We had a great time in the apartment in Finestrat. The apartment has a special charm and is beautifully and cozily furnished. The rooms are spread over several floors, which is why you climb a lot of stairs, but that did not bother us at all, it made the apartment rather special. Our favorite place was the roof terrace, where we had a hearty breakfast in the sun every morning. ☀️ The place is exactly as we had hoped: quiet, original and not very touristy. Many beautiful old houses, winding little streets. There is a bakery in the village, from which we loved the pistachio croissants. We made several excursions from Finestrat, for example to Altea, Cala del Moraig, Guadalest, Raco del Conill and Villajoysa. We would definitely recommend renting a car. The contact with the hosts was straightforward and kind. They were very courteous, helpful, and responded quickly.

We had a lovely stay at Francisco's place. He kindly arranged for us to check in early due to our arrival time, he was very responsive and nothing was too much trouble. The apartment is gorgeous, the view is breathtaking, it's very peaceful and has everything you need. There are a few nice bars/restaurants and a supermarket within walking distance and the old town isn't far if you like a longer walk and a bit more going on. We were very happy just enjoying the peaceful, quiet area 🙂 The shared pool is a great size and we had it to ourselves quite often!

Just perfect. It's everything it says on the tin! Spotless, comfortable with very good facilities. The pool was lovely and the garden and patio are beautiful. The hosts were lovely, welcoming and always on standby to help with any queries. The Villa is quite and tranquil. Perfect for couples who enjoy privacy and peace and quiet. Already looking forward to our next visit, missing the views already. Thank you xx

We were very comfortable. The parking is very spacious and easily accessible. The apartment has everything you need and is very cool and quiet. You can walk to the beach and there are shops nearby to buy. The location provided by the app is wrong and sends you to Benidorm. I recommend asking the host for the location so you don't get lost. Thank you for everything.

I absolutely loved my stay at Dorota and Alfredo’s place. Spacious, spotlessly clean, fast WiFi, lovely neighbours, great pool, fab location and Dorota and Alfredo are lovely, responsive, helpful and the perfect hosts. I would love to live there permanently. Thanks guys xx

Thank you Seawings for our stay in May 2025. Apartment was as clan, all beds felt like new and as described. Communication was very fast and responsive. Perfect amenities and very clean lots of thing to do even with a 9yr old. Just a brisk 25 min walk to Benidorm old town.
