Wat een geluk dat ik in het huis mocht verblijven van Gracia. Wat een geweldige plek!, Gracia gaf vantevoren alle duidelijke instructies, en tips voor in de buurt. Echt heel duidellijk. Ik kan niet anders zeggen dat deze plek mijn hart heeft veroverd. De locatie is geweldig en uitmuntend!. Je loopt vanaf het appartement zo het rustige strand op met een geweldig uitzicht. Vanaf het balkon is het uitzicht ook wonderschoon. Het huis had precies de sfeer waar ik zo van houd. Licht, netjes en schoon en het totale strand gevoel. De connectie met de zee is niet te missen en erg voelbaar. Wat een heerlijk huis met allle benodigheden die je nodig hebt. Ik ben verliefd geworden op de woning, de locatie en het mooie wat Altea en omgeving te bieden heeft. Dank je wel Gracia voor het ervaren van de rust en en al moois!. Ik kom zeker terug! Our stay at Casa Agustina was perfect! The apartment is situated a little walk up some small streets from the front promenade with trams and busses very accessible to get anywhere you’d like to visit. Rocío and Javier provided loads of recommendations for everything you could think of (including some lovely coffee spots) and the property was beautifully presented as pictured. They were also very accommodating to let us get in earlier than our check in time too. Would recommend this place to anyone wanting a chilled or fun filled stay in Alicante! ❤️

Aunque tuvimos que esperar 45 minutos para entrar al apartamento porque nos dejaron las llaves equivocadas, Marina fue una muy buena anfitriona y nos trató súper bien. Nos dio muchas recomendaciones sobre Santa Pola (restaurantes, alquiler de barco) y estuvo pendiente de que estuviéramos cómodos y disfrutando. El apartamento en sí es lindo y tal cual las fotos, con una gran vista al mar. Lo recomendamos.

Nous avons passé 6 semaines chez Daniel et c’est devenu notre deuxième demeure. Tout était très propre, la cuisine comme les salles de bain. L’endroit était très calme et assez loin des voisins d’en face. Mais c’est la grande terrasse qui nous a séduits. Elle était ensoleillée du matin au milieu de l’après-midi et nous en avons profité grandement. Daniel a répondu rapidement à une demande spéciale et avec gentillesse. Si nous retournons en Espagne l’an prochain, c’est ici que nous aimerions nous installer. Merci Daniel

L’appartement est parfaitement propre, bien équipé, et décoré avec goût. On s’y sent immédiatement chez soi. Hôte très réactif et attentionné. Je recommande les yeux fermés et j’y reviendrai sans hésiter !

Jestem zachwycona pobytem u Rosa Maria! Mieszkanie jest absolutnie fantastyczne. Spełniło wszystkie nasze oczekiwania. Czyste, bezpieczne, wyposażone we wszystko co potrzebne do wakacyjnego pobytu dla kilku osób. Uwielbiałyśmy poranną kawę na tarasie:-). Lokalizacja jest bardzo dobra: pod domem przystanek autobusowy i tramwajowy. W kilka minut jesteś na plaży albo w centrum miasta. W odległości krótkiego spaceru są sklepy spożywcze, apteka i restauracja. Do tego Rosa Maria - najlepszy gospodarz, jakiego można sobie wymarzyć!! Opiekowała się nami przez cały pobyt i była bardzo życzliwa i serdeczna. Wrócimy do niej na pewno. Mam nadzieję, że niedługo!

Excelente Lugar , recomendable para una pareja , muy cómodo . Lo mejor son las vistas al mar y a la ciudad de Altea . Hay que tener coche si deseas ir de compras y movilizarte . Lindas playas para ir caminando desde la propiedad .

100% recomendable, la ubicación es perfecta porque es una zona tranquila pero muy cerca de las calas más bonitas de la zona y el pueblo está relativamente cerca en coche. El apartamento es tal cual se ve en las fotos y tanto Maribel como Raul han estado muy pendientes de que la estancia fuese de 10!

This is a great apartment with a stunning view of the med sea from a spacious balcony. In the morning we enjoyed the sun rise and at night, enjoyed the moonlit waters. The apartment is spotlessly clean and very spacious. It is equipped with everything you need. The location is lovely and quiet with a couple of coffee shops and bars nearby. There is also a couple of local shops to purchase groceries. The tram stop is close by, with trams running every 10 minutes or so. It is a good hub to visit other towns in the area via the tram. Alicante centre is also very walkable. The path is via the tunnel at the front of the apartment. Flat and hugs the shore. Easy going 30 minute stroll or a 5 minute tram ride. The hosts are great - friendly and accommodating. Would highly recommend this apartment.

Tusen takk Clotilde for et flott opphold og din store gjestfrihet. Vi ankom noe seint og ble møtt med en stor fruktkurv. Leiligheten var perfekt, og inneholder alt du trenger for en vellykket ferie. Terrassen med den vakre utsikten er helt nydelig og er hyggelig sted å drikke morgenkaffen sin. Rett nedenfor leiligheten er det en fin strandpromenade som tar deg inn til byen. Altea har mange gode restauranter og gamlebyen er riktig så sjarmerende. Siste dagen hadde vi en sein retur med fly til Norge og fikk da låne leiligheten gratis noen timer ekstra. Jeg kommer gjerne tilbake til Clotildes koselige leilighet.

This accommodation is situated in a 3 block larger luxurious apartment complex. The finishing of the apartment and public spaces is modern and high end. We loved the layout and the privacy and the terrace that is shielded from wind. Due to the sloped positioning on a hillside, from the living room you have full sea view, with no obstructions, with is nice. You do need a car to get around, since the apartment is located up the hill. The fitness, pool and sauna are nice and cleaned daily. The private parking spaces are impossibly small to get in- and out of if you have something else than a fiat 500 size car. Would definitely rent here again.

I absolutely loved my stay at Dorota and Alfredo’s place. Spacious, spotlessly clean, fast WiFi, lovely neighbours, great pool, fab location and Dorota and Alfredo are lovely, responsive, helpful and the perfect hosts. I would love to live there permanently. Thanks guys xx

Thank you so much Jenny for taking care of us during our holiday at your place!! Jenny is such a great host and she did her most for us to feel welcome. The house is great, the kids just looove the pool area so much. Sitting outside drinking your morning coffe with the wiew of the mountain in the front of you is just great. To stay here you need to have a car for your own flexibilty but it's also easy to take a taxi to Calp city. We would recommend this place to everyone who need a few days to just relax. Thanks!!

Un séjour parfait et un appartement tout à fait adapté ! Pour ceux et celles qui ont peur de ne pas avoir la Clim, sachez que les ventilateurs sont suffisants et permettent une séjour très agréable ! La vue est splendide et l’appartement est extrêmement bien situé. Nous reviendrons c’est certain ! Merci à Maria et Jorge !

Niesamowita lokalizacja, nie mogę uwierzyć, że jeszcze są takie miejsca nad Morzem Śródziemnym. To prawdziwa oaza spokoju. Budziliśmy przy śpiewie ptaków i kładliśmy sluchając szumu fal. Można było zapomnieć, że mieszkanie jest w apartamentowcu, było mało ludzi nad basenem, a na plaży byliśmy praktycznie sami. Spędziliśmy wspaniały czas, opalajac się praktyczni ekażdego dnia. Zrobiliśmy wycieczek w góry okolice, zwiedziliśmy tez okoliczne miejscowości na wybrzeżu. Mieszkanie bardzo nam się podobało a gospodarze byli bardzo pomocni. Z pewnością wrócimy w to miejsce.

Victoria and Daniel could not have been more attentive, warm and friendly. Their willingness to help was just so amazing!! Their response to our messages was immediate. They treated us more like family from the time we arrived - and even before that by insisting they meet us at the bus station and dropping us off at the end of our stay. Be in no doubt, Victoria and Daniel deserve more stars than we are able to give them.

just left Vulicentes place after 10 days..my piece of heaven...it ticked every box and more. The nicest apt I have ever stayed I think..bright & airy but the terrace with that view and a lovely breeze as you look out to sea.Beach on your doorstep..peaceful..Viciente was extremely responsive and great suggestions about area. i will be back

Hemos pasado unos días en casa de Åge y estamos muy contentos con la experiencia. Llegamos casi a las 12 de la noche y no nos pusieron ningún inconveniente. El apartamento es tal y como se describe, es tranquilo, tiene una piscina muy agradable y está literalmente pegado a la playa. Además, en la casa encontramos gran variedad de utensilios de cocina que nos permitieron comer y cenar muchos días allí. La ubicación respecto del casco histórico también es muy buena, pudiendo ir caminando sin problema. Recomendamos este alojamiento para cualquiera que quiera pasar unos días en Altea.

This was my first Air BNB holiday but certainly will not be my last, the host (Luis) was always very prompt to respond with any questions i had from prior to booking through to checking out, we were a party of five (3 adults & 2 children) and the apartment is very spacious and did not feel over crowded, The location could not be better situated with the beach only 50mts away and a nice evening walk into the old town is well within walking distance. Laura who provided us with the keys and met with us on the day of departure could not have been more helpful either, we didn't arrive until 2am but Laura was there waiting to show us around the apartment prior to leaving us to enjoy our holiday. Vi var tre gjester som bodde i leiligheten, og vi hadde et veldig fint opphold. Leiligheten var pen og ren, med flott utsikt og en rolig atmosfære. Beliggenheten var super – kort vei til både restauranter og butikker. Alt i alt et veldig komfortabelt sted å bo, og vi kommer gjerne tilbake!
