The kitchen has an induction stovetop, oven, fridge and freezer, microwave and coffee maker. Fully tiled bathroom with toilet and shower and washing machine. The cottage is about 30 sqm and is located at about 1 km distance to the public bathing area, a couple of minutes walk from the lake and with a 20 minute walk to the nature reserve Kröklings hage and Mölarps mill.

På promenadavstånd finns en sjö med badplats samt möjlighet att hyra båt för tex fiske. Hyra av båt och fiskekort köps i restaurangen vid rastplatsen vid sjön. 3 km från huset ligger Borås golfklubb. Du har också närheten till centrala Borås som enkelt nås med bil på ca 5 minuter. I Sverige får du vandra fritt i skog och natur men inte gå in på privata tomter.
