5/5 – A Perfect Stay at Casa Negra! Our stay at Casa Negra was nothing short of amazing! The home is beautifully designed—modern, cozy, and spotless. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered, from the fully equipped kitchen to the stylish decor and super comfortable beds. It was the perfect blend of comfort and charm. One of the absolute highlights of our stay was Humberto, the host. He went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome and well taken care of. His communication was prompt, friendly, and helpful, made our trip even more memorable. You can tell he genuinely cares about his guests having a great experience. Whether we were relaxing by the pool or exploring the area, everything about our visit felt easy and enjoyable thanks to the care Humberto put into hosting. Casa Negra is a true gem—we’re already looking forward to coming back!

We couldn’t have asked for a better experience for Coachella weekend. The hosts were quick to respond and check-in was seamless. Vanessa provided a recommendation for rides to/from the festival that we used each day. The place was super clean and kitchen was well stocked. The hot tub was a must for tired feet each day. Overall, I highly recommend this home & would stay here again!

Oh my, what a wonderful stay my family had at Johns place. Don’t think twice about booking! Johns communication was wonderful prior to booking and afterwards! This home is beautiful, clean and spacious! We enjoyed swimming in the pool most of our days and roasting marshmallows in the evening by the fire pit. We cozied up in the living room for some movies and enjoyed our dinners outside on the large patio table. We appreciated the board games that were provided along with the pool toys. We cooked all our meals so the well stocked kitchen was lovely. The wildlife of humming birds & butterflies in the backyard was beautiful! We will defiantly return in the future!

Jeffrey's property was exactly as pictured! We spent most of the time in the pool playing water games, the kids loved it! Plus it was very private and felt like our own little oasis. The men in the group enjoyed the outdoor bbq, pool table and it was nice that there was a large table in the shade when a break from the sun was needed. The beds were Very comfortable and there was enough space for our entire group to spread out and relax. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything needed to prepare our meals and we ate in most of the trip. The neighbors were also very nice as was the poolman. We created lasting memories in this wonderful home and if in the area, would stay here again. Highly recommend!

Located in a nice community. Place was clean and close to Coachella. They provided a ride service which was cheaper and more convenient than uber.

Steve was an amazing Airbnb host! We had a few questions on the first day, and he never hesitated to answer them—always polite and helpful. His attention to detail really showed in how tidy and well-maintained the house was. The kitchen was my favorite part—fully stocked, very clean, and actually had quality pots, pans, and utensils (even a brand-new sponge, which was a nice touch). It was a pleasure to cook in. The bedrooms were neat, and the linens smelled fresh. The pool was perfectly heated and made for a relaxing experience. We had a great stay and would definitely come back!

This was our 4th visit to Legacy Villas and we were once again, not disappointed. Our listing was exactly as we expected and we were very happy about the cleanliness and quality of the rooms. We love staying here and the service of CA Vacation Villas. We're definitely coming back!

The place was exactly as it looked in the pictures. Perfect quiet spot with a great view of the windmills.

Good location, clean and functional. I do think the room could be a bit more charming. The decor is quite sterile and it reads more like a hotel room with a kitchenette than an Airbnb which are usually homey. That being said, it was a bargain price and did match the pictures.

We had a great stay. The place was clean, mostly quiet, and just as described. We especially enjoyed the pool — it was a perfect way to relax and unwind. Overall, everything went smoothly and we’d definitely stay again.

Kerry Ellen’s place is ABSOLUTELY ADORABLE 😍 We enjoyed how much attention to detail the studio displayed! Important information/ items were labeled and perfectly placed! The oversized tub was EXCEPTIONALLY ENJOYABLE😍 (side note: I wanted to use one of the complimentary bath bombs that were wrapped in plastic, I said to myself “Dang it, I have to go back inside to get something to take the wrapping off”…but to my surprise Kerry Ellen even had a little plastic tool located underneath the bath bombs that was/is to be used to remove the wrapping!) SUPER THOUGHTFUL😍 …QUITE, CLEAN AND PEACEFUL-AWESOME 10/10 EXPERIENCE 😍

My girlfriend and I had a fantastic stay at the casita. Its location in calm La Quinta is a short drive from Empire Polo Club, Indian Wells, and a ton of restaurants/activities. Amazing view of the mountains during the day. We also really liked the neighborhood itself. It had a cool artsy vibe to it with every house having its own charm to it. The home itself was great and clean. Spacious two bedroom / one bath with a well-furnished kitchen, living room, and small bar area. Lots of neat artwork and decorations. The pool is also well-furnished with chairs and loungers. It is technically shared with the main house, but every time we went we had it to ourselves. Overall the hosts were very respective of our privacy while also being very responsive and helpful over messages. I highly recommend.
