This peaceful accommodation offers a relaxing stay for the whole family with a veranda with direct access to a shaded lawn. In the heart of the countryside, very close to Pontmain, 45 minutes from Mont St Michel and 45 minutes from the seaside, this place is also a delight for hikers. We are 20 kms from Fougères and 1 hour from Rennes. If you are looking for calm, this place is for you. In winter a fireplace will be lit for your arrival to the extent of our possibilities.

The accommodation is in a renovated farmhouse. The 80 square meter house is adjoining my own home. The house is ideal for hosting two families with children or groups of friends. It is equipped with two beautiful master bedrooms and another dormitory bedroom. There are two bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bathtub. A large living room with open kitchen and a wood-burning stove. An outdoor area with terrace, barbecue, and garden.

Bring the whole family or workers to this great place with lots of room for fun. Spacious, bright, and independent, you will feel right at home. Three bedrooms are available: one with a 160/200 cm bed, one with a 140/190 cm bed, and a children's room with a 90 cm bed plus a changing table and a baby cot. An equipped kitchen area (dishwasher and washing machine). Closed and well-closed outdoor area, free parking. Dog and cat accepted.

The Park Pavilion

This house brings together the different indoor and outdoor spaces to have a very nice stay and is located in front of a wooded park, equipped with a petanque court, table tennis and a playground. It is located in the city center and offers all amenities such as shops, restaurants, banks, train station... Parking is available in the inner courtyard, in the garage (2 cars) or in the parking lot across from the house (35 spaces).
