Poitiers center, 5 minutes walk to Place Notre Dame, the rectorate, IAE and pedestrian streets, air-conditioned, independent at the bottom of our garden. Private terrace. Paid street parking or theater park 8-minute walk. (Rate on the parking lot's website) 2 to 4 people: a double bed in the main room and a double bed in the mezzanine (unsuitable for small children) washing machine. WiFi (fiber) Independent entrance via the garage. No parties or events, no pets.

House in the process of home staging: some small work to be completed in the kitchen. I invite you to take a break from time, in this charming garden level. Another cottage, Le Sixties, is located in another part of the house. The entrance is common, but the 2 accommodations are totally independent. Parking for 1 car just in front of the house. I suggest breakfast delivery for an additional fee (€7.50/pers/day). In-person check-in, self check-in after 8 p.m.

Located on the first floor of our old barn, the ammonite is a small equipped and air-conditioned apartment ready to welcome you. An entrance and private parking are allocated to you for your stay. For holidays or work, access is quick via the A10 a few minutes away. Located in the countryside, in a place called, you can find all amenities a few km drive away. Equipped with a connected TV, Wi-Fi you can access your Netflix or other accounts if you wish.

Adjacent to our property, on a closed and secure plot, independent accommodation of 42 m2 not overlooked, composed of a central room with a kitchen (fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, Krups coffee maker, kettle, toaster) a bathroom with separate toilet, a bedroom (new bedding), and private terrace where you can relax. Ideally located for a stopover during your journeys on the A10 motorway. For a couple, with one or two children (Bultex sofa bed)

Private parking 1 step down to access the studio, 1 step up to access the shower room 5 minutes' walk from very pretty walking or jogging trails by the Boivre River; the countryside at the city's doorstep!!

The cottage overlooks and accesses the river, where swimming is possible. The hamlet is very peaceful, and the water is a great place to relax! A walk can be enjoyed from the cottage, along a path along the Vienne River. You can reach Chauvigny on foot or by bike along the trails. There are a few chickens on the grounds. Nightly rate: €52 without sheets + €8 sheets to be paid in advance if needed.

The Alley House

Come and relax in a typical country house in the countryside, at the end of a small cul-de-sac. 10 min from shops (Super U, bakery, etc.). The cottage is located in Caunay in the south of Deux-Sèvres, with quick access to the N10: - Futuroscope (45 minutes) - Marais Poitevin (1 hour) - Angoulême (45 min) - La Rochelle (1.5 hours) As well as many walks and tours (parks, castles, etc.)
