2 lovely rooms in old town house

Situated in one of Salzburgs oldest areas, our 300 yr old house is central enough to reach old town in 10 min by foot. A bakery sits on our doorstep. The apartment has a living/bedroom and a room with small kitchen/dining area, and a small bathroom with shower. The WC is situated across the hallway, ca 3m from the entrance to your flat-only to be used by you. You are very welcome to use our large garden. We are also happy to lend you a bicycle (5€) or a tandem-the best way to explore Salzburg.

Stylish, practical, good!

We renovated our 2-room apartment "Black & White" with attention to detail, refurnished it and created a wonderful overall concept. The bedroom is bright, all in white, natural Scandinavian chic. The living room with the small fitted kitchen with dark grey/black furniture that moves between industrial style and art deco. But the most beautiful thing is the view from the breakfast table of the Alps and Salzburg's magical local mountain - the Untersberg.

For our guests with toddlers/small children we are very happy to offer a Thule Sport 2 carriage for lend (10 euros/day). This way you can explore Salzburg by foot also with small children!

Great complete apartment with parking near Salzburg.

Christine welcomed us so warmly that we immediately felt comfortable. The garden area in front of our door was available to us, so we could enjoy the warm evening outdoors. Despite the heat outside, it was pleasantly cool inside. Great accommodation, lovely hostess and with the bus short travel time to Salzburg city. Everything you need for a short vacation.

Beautiful apartment, outstanding view. I travel ALOT and I love to have a view from wherever I stay. This AirBnb has an excellent view. It is walkable, and enjoyably so, to many sites and restaurants in Salzburg. Excellent Airbnb. I would highly recommend.

The farm is simply beautiful, absolutely recommended for all horse, dog, cat and pig lovers. The apartment is in great condition and well furnished. Oil, vinegar, salt and pepper and a small breakfast (toast, butter, jams, Nutella) and a bottle of sparkling wine and fruit are provided by Petra. That was really great and helpful. The atmosphere at the equestrian center is harmonious and peaceful. The communication with the host was easy and friendly. In the apartment, there are also tips for activities in the area and on the fabulous lakes. I recommend listening to nature, especially in the morning and evening😍

I felt right at home in the apartment. It is a very quiet residential area and I slept wonderfully. For me, the location was very good, as I was in Salzburg for further training and was not important to me close to the old town. The property is easily accessible by bus from the train station. The nearest supermarket is within walking distance (running time about 15 minutes) and well-equipped. Those who arrive for sporting events or are busy at the trade fair are particularly well taken care of here. In summer it is not far to the Salzachsee, where you can relax well and also go swimming. Johann and his wife were very friendly and helpful and everything was wonderfully relaxed and uncomplicated. Many thanks !

We had such a wonderful experience staying at Helmut and Anne's place! From the moment we arrived, we felt truly welcomed. Their hospitality went above and beyond - warm, thoughtful, and always respectful of our space and privacy. The home was spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. You can really tell that Helmut and Anne put a lot of care into the details. The location was perfect - peaceful and quiet, yet close enough to everything we wanted to explore. Helmut and Anne were always available for any questions or local recommendations. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this Airbb to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable visit. Thank you, Helmut and Anne, for being such gracious and kind hosts!

Greatly enjoyed this accommodation. The location is perfect for a relaxing and peaceful getaway but still close to the city. The hosts made it feel like home. The guest mobility ticket was a life saver and made exploring Salzburg super easy. They gave a great local restaurant recommendation that we enjoyed. Would absolutely stay here again if coming to Salzburg area.
